I have had multiple rude encounters with one of the Staff at this location he's always extremely fast to anger with all customers. Me and my son were at the bar next door and i had my son go get something to smoke from them and he then heard him screaming at someone on the phone. We wont be back.

Pleasantly surprised by the good selection of cigars and accessories. The store was clean and well maintained. Prices are extremely competitive. There's nothing to not like.

They had a lifetime customer until they wouldn't sell to me. Both electronic ID and ID always had trouble scanning. He couldn't scan it today and just said good luck. I'm 39 years old and clearly have a license. Clearly they have a poor ID scanner as I don't have any issues anywhere else. They won't sell without an ID scan.....everything else is solid with this place. Will never return as I don't do business with stupidity.

Stopped by for some Tatiana Cigars. The staff was super helpful, showed me right where they were at, shopped and out of the store within 5 minutes

Everyone here shows great customer service, they're very friendly, they have great knowledge about cigars and other products. The cigar lounge is very comfortable. The regulars are great to talk to, and I recommend getting a cigar, if you smoke them, and relax in the lounge.
