Honestly, a very unprofessional experience the only word my stylist said to me was “first chair on the right” she literally never said another thing the rest of the engagement, and if I’m being quite blunt, all of them were just chatting and having personal conversations the entire time and carrying on like a bunch of 15-year-olds. The management here needs to either get rid of some people or set higher expectations for providing a good client experience.

I asked for 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch taked off the top and she originally cut that and asked me if it was OK. I said yes, and she was supposed to clean the rest up and be done. By the time she was done she took close to 3 inches off the top. I was/am pissed since I can't do much with my hair now for work. I left and didn't make a scene since what are they going to do glue it back? I have been there a few times and saw someone new this time. I guess stick to who you know. Other then a botched haircut its a clean place where the stylist are friendly.

Went in needing a haircut super bad after letting it grow out from a messed up cut at Great Clips. Kathy took care of me and not only did she do a great job, she was funny asf. Carly was chill too. Both made for a comfortable and fun visit. Will be my new spot for sure! 🫡
