Worst customer service ever, I got there at 4:50 and it was closed.when they don’t close until 5. I called and she said she already put her droor away. Like why close 10 minutes early and put your till away? She saw me waiting at the door and was laughing. Never coming back and DO NOT recommend coming here. 9-2-21 at 4:40 whatever employee that was should definitely be fired.

This location is always so well stocked and the staff is extremely friendly! Every time I go both off the ladies I've encountered are just above and beyond friendly. My only qualm is the entrance to the parking lot but that's obviously not their fault. However the location is convenient otherwise.

Love that there is a fully stocked store in Parker now! They are constantly getting new items in so I can keep up with trends. The shelves are also constantly updated which is helpful.

I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things About State beauty supply. I am getting ready to prepare 15 root touch up kits for my clients. If it wasn’t for their help I would’ve never been able to get everything together. You girls really saved my life. So nice To know I am so well cared for. Happy to finally have this in Parker.....but they need to work on their customer service. BIG TIME! I've been in about 7 or 8 times now and every time I go the lady working is SO rude. A few times I've come about 15 minutes before they close (their hours suck) which should be fine only takes me about 5 mins to pick up what I need. Both times I was rudely confronted that they close in 10 mins (yes, not 15) as soon as I walked in the door. It seems like they do not want/need business. I will gladly start going to Cosmo prof up the street ✌

My experience was friendly and helpful. The cashier was helping a few customers checking out as I walked into the shop and she still greeted me with a quick hello. The shop is close to home and that makes good sense in time. The shelves were stocked and had most of the prices marked. They had most of the new clammy products. The only thing I did not like about the shop was it doesn't have Paul Michell. Other then that, they had most of things you would need as a hairdresser.

The older lady, Kim, is rude. Makes her own rules up even though prices are listed differently on the tabs, then says "yeah, I know, I need to change them". Not a friendly human being! And don't go close to closing time, she will make it known that she is closing!! Done coming to this location...I'll continue to make the trek to castle rock and see the awesome girls there!!

The lady working there is extremely rude. I will go out of my way to go to a different location or a different store as to not have to see her ever again! The younger girl working at the store is friendly and nice.

Went to pick up supplies and add my mother to my account so she can pick things up for me. The lady there was so rude! She yelled from the front desk if we were finding everything ok, mind you my mother and I were the only ones in the store. Her customer service was a joke. Then the lady proceeds to tell me that I can't add my mother to my account, when I know for a fact I can! Then when checking out I ask nicely for some NAPE razors. I had to repeat myself 5 times then point out what they were! I feel the people working for you should know the product!
