This place has it all… I thought it was a farming store, but it’s not they have guns. They have ammunition. They have winter clothes they have candy. They have stuff for your house. Great place to shop.

I've had the unit for three months and I just received a 50% rent increase. Very shady business practice to lure you in with a free first month and then recoup that in less than 6 months.
When you try to chat for support they tell you to call. When you call they are "busy" and tell to you leave a message. You leave a message and you get no phone call back.
If you are looking to rent here, take the promo price they are giving you and add 50% to that. That's what you'll pay in 3-4 months. I can't imagine what the charge is going to be in 6-7 months.
And don't tell me it's supply and demand. You have units available and are renting them out at almost the same price I moved in at.

NEVER RENT FROM STORQUEST. I am a business and have rented 2 units from them since 2015. They lose payments, lose proof of insurance, and will charge huge late fees on tiny balances - for example adding junk insurance to your units if they lose your proof of insurance, or underpaying by $10 because they raised rates, etc. They constantly raise rates to higher than what new renters pay. The people who work at the Parker location are nice enough, but the the overall company and their billing policies are TERRIBLE. Corporate customer service says call the location, the location says call customer service...and they never answer their phone.

This is by far the nicest storage place I've been. Ruben is a lovely human being and will make sure you're taken care of- StorQuest also usually have good deals on.

I had to get a storage unit last minute. Shannon helped me out today and was amazing! She showed me a unit and was honest about what size I would need. The facility is so clean and I feel very comfortable knowing my stuff will be stored safely!
