Needed to ship some fragile items had UPS package them and ship. Everything arrived perfectly. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

on tuesday 10/14 i trusted this location to package and ship a very expensive, custom-built gaming PC to my friend in washington state. either they somehow managed to put my tracking label on the wrong box, or deliberately put my tracking label on the wrong box and somebody took my computer home, nobody seems to know.
I called them after my friend informed me that the box that arrived contained camping chairs, whichever kid answered the phone told me he was going to file a claim and then just didn't. didn't collect any of the necessary information or even my contact info.
so i filed it myself with UPS corporate to maybe get $1000 (the PC is worth considerably more than this) and i can only hope that corporate might initiate an investigation on this location.
the next thing i'm doing is filing a police report on this location because someone who works here stole from me and i'm going to find out who. if any management figures at this location are reading this, please know that i will not let this go until my computer is found AND i am fairly compensated.

THIS UPS STORE IS A DISGRACE AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL! NEVER ONCE HAVE THEY BEEN OPENED ONTIME AT 8 A.M! THIS MORNING WAS NO DIFFERENT. THE LADY DIDN’T EVEN SHOW UP UNTIL 8:12 A.M! BY THE TIME SHE OPENED THE GATES AND DOOR, AND TURNED ON HER COMPUTER FOR MY AMAZON RETURNS, IT WAS 8:15 A.M! CUSTOMERS TIME IS VALUABLE TOO, AND YOU MADE ME LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT! INEXCUSABLE! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER PEOPLE, AND GET TO WORK ON TIME! I AM REPORTING YOU TO UPS CORPORATE, AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

Send a priority mail, like the word itself priority, it was suppose to be delivered in 2 days, but It took 4 days. Very inconvenient, because of the delay, I had to face so many problems. If I would have know this earlier, I go to Fedex or other location.

Charles needs a raise, immediately. I’ve seen him several times at this location and he always leaves an impression. Today, he processed my return while on the phone with another store for a different customer; he had me out the door in about 30 seconds and even apologized (unnecessarily) for being on the phone. He’s a star!

Worst experience I have ever dealt with at any UPS store. Had a shipment sent to my PO Box that somehow ended up at this store. I had lost the package as no one knew where it had gone, had to call around 3 different UPS stores to find out this place had it. When I called to make sure it was here they said no, I had to come in the store to and finally point out the important business products were sitting in boxes at the front area. They said they didn’t know what to do with them and left them sitting there for almost 2 weeks when my phone number was right on the top of the box. On top of this lack of simple effort to let me know they had them, they wanted to charge me for having them sitting at the store the whole time due to their lazyness. Absolutely miserable people to work with or trust with important packages.

Avoid this place if you have an Amazon return. Owner/ Manager complained that they only get 20 cents a box and the pick up drivers are so mean to them. They shouldn’t partner with Amazon if they don’t want to take the returns. I ended up wasting my time and money to buy their crappy tape just to get them to take the package. Then they told me that the pick up people still might not take it. What an absolute joke! Will not ever use this UPS store again.
