Although most of my experiences with this store are positive, my recent experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Purchased a money back guarantee overnight envelope on a Saturday with a delivery date of Monday. Envelope WAS NOT DELIVERED until Wednesday. I have tried to get my money back since it was a money back guarnatee. They REFUSE to refund in full. they still owe me $6.93 and are REFUSING to pay. They WILL NOT return calls. Have filed with the BBB and my credit card company as I paid $45.85 and they think that they can get away with only giving me $38.92 back on a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. What a scam!

I used to go to another UPS store that was far closer to me, but they always would act as though they were put out by having to do any Amazon returns so I started going to this location. What a HUGE difference in customer service! They are always smiling and friendly and wanting to help and seem genuine so for me I would much rather drive twice as far to be treated like that then I was at the other location. Keep up the great work!

Don't waste your time. There are so many options for shipping. They tried to charge me $15 for a box(bought same size box at Walmart for $1.08) and $15 to put my item in the box and for tape. So, $30+ before I even paid for shipping. Yea, go else were.

The store was closed during its posted hours of business for no valid reason. Use FedEx or the UPS Store on Lincoln.
