Client relations helped with fraud on my accounts. Stonegate US Bank Colorado was extremely compassionate on a Friday before a holiday to get the recovery process complete. Shantell and the entire staff including the branch manager took the next 4 days to help with all hidden charges. US Bank has my loyalty and I will recommend to all my family and friends.

Had a great 1st time in, im a new acct holder. I sat with Bree, so, glad that she was the one who helped me. She went over and beyond what I called good customer service. Even though her day was about to be over, they were going to close very soon, when she started to help me. Never felt rushed, never felt like we could not accomplish my difficult issues (why I came in) in the time allowed. Got it all done and i was on my way!!

It’s Saturday and just trying to see if a manager is working so I can get a cashiers check. Even though the website shows less busy than normal, nobody answers the phone. Straight to recording about how sorry they are they couldn’t talk live to me. Both branches in Parker the same. ANSWER THE PHONE!

I have had my account at US Bank for 19 years and I have never felt like today I deposited a check 6 days ago and I went to try to withdraw money and LAURA DREHER made me feel like I was robbing them hard. She checked my account for about 10 minutes and call to the other bank to ensure that the check was clear , I asked her to speak to the manager and she told me NO I tell her that I wasn't going to move if I didn't speak to the manager and finally she told the manager that I need to speak, manager help me and apologized for her

Ranjan Bhatt at the Parker branch helped us when we experienced a fraud problem that required closing and opening new accounts and credit cards. She was friendly, helpful and very professional.

Reading the other reviews, I shouldn’t be shocked about my experience here but I came in to this branch earlier this month to close my accounts. When my husband and I got married, we decided to combine accounts and US Bank’s consistent rude, dismissive, and flat out disrespectful behavior every time I’m in a branch is exactly why after 25+ years, I decided to move to another bank. This experience was no exception, when I spoke, no one would even make eye contact with me. I was handed cashier’s checks and sent on my way without even a conversation as to why I would leave their bank after such a long time.US Bank branches would benefit greatly from customer service training; maybe even training on how to treat people like humans could be a good start.

We don’t bank here but have a credit card went in to cash a check and they wouldn’t even waive the 7.00 fee rude and they don’t care I definitely won’t bank with them ever

These bankers are untrustworthy idiots! I handed them a business check and a business card. They deposited $40k into someone else's account. Even better, it was a manager who made such a careless mistake!! There has been no solution a week later. I do not recommend going here and if you do, double check your receipts.

Walked in to have a check endorses from insurance. They told me the required documents and I returned with the required documents. Then I was told I need to call before they could do anything which wasn’t mentioned in the first place. They gave me a discontinued number. I walked back in and for the second time they gave me an incorrect number yet again. I gave up and went to another US Bank.
