Ranjan Bhatt at the Parker branch helped us when we experienced a fraud problem that required closing and opening new accounts and credit cards. She was friendly, helpful and very professional.

Reading the other reviews, I shouldn’t be shocked about my experience here but I came in to this branch earlier this month to close my accounts. When my husband and I got married, we decided to combine accounts and US Bank’s consistent rude, dismissive, and flat out disrespectful behavior every time I’m in a branch is exactly why after 25+ years, I decided to move to another bank. This experience was no exception, when I spoke, no one would even make eye contact with me. I was handed cashier’s checks and sent on my way without even a conversation as to why I would leave their bank after such a long time.US Bank branches would benefit greatly from customer service training; maybe even training on how to treat people like humans could be a good start.

We don’t bank here but have a credit card went in to cash a check and they wouldn’t even waive the 7.00 fee rude and they don’t care I definitely won’t bank with them ever

These bankers are untrustworthy idiots! I handed them a business check and a business card. They deposited $40k into someone else's account. Even better, it was a manager who made such a careless mistake!! There has been no solution a week later. I do not recommend going here and if you do, double check your receipts.

Walked in to have a check endorses from insurance. They told me the required documents and I returned with the required documents. Then I was told I need to call before they could do anything which wasn’t mentioned in the first place. They gave me a discontinued number. I walked back in and for the second time they gave me an incorrect number yet again. I gave up and went to another US Bank.

I just confirm that us bank not deserve to be one of their customers.. I went to an other branch trying to talk to a banker and said you need an appointment. Then I make an appointment on this branch so I’m assuming the appointment will be a walk in, was 10:10 and they told that I have to wait few more minutes. Don’t get what the point of making appointments and not follow their schedules, unprofessional, people without Ethics. Not to mention Thanks for let me waist my time.

2 times now this branch is outrageous. First my dad died when I tried to cash the Insurance check to transport him across state lines and the funeral I was accused of committing crimes because the amount of cash I wanted. Long story short found out they didn't have that cash on hand around 30k .. second time went to get out 1500 bucks from checking I was asked by the teller if I work full time and for who. I asked what that has to do with removing money from checking. He literally said well I can just cancel this transaction if you don't want to tell me.. well that was the final straw. I will take my almost perfect credit score. And over 6 figure annual income somewhere else.. don't worry, though. I gave him my shoe size too. Just to get the cash I needed. edit-- look the reply from the bank communist thinking they where protecting me from my own funds. wow I'm so ashamed to do business with us bank notice how they don't say it didn't happen?

Poorly managed and not properly employed. Always a huge wait, drive through is usually always closed making you go inside and wait for minimum of 30 mins. Huge turnover in employees, shows that management is terrible. I’ve banked here for years and it only gets worse. Got to 1st Bank. Better service & bank.

Horrible place to make deposits. From what I can tell they don’t have regular tellers behind the counter. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through only to have to go in and beg one of the bankers to take my deposit. Avoid this branch if you can.

I was at the Safeway store on south Parker Road shopping today and I saw there was a USbank branch in the store. I am not a customer of this bank for numerous negative reasons, however since I had one of their dividend checks totaling $9.00 I thought I would cash it. Not so fast my friend, since I didn't have an account the three morons refused to cash one of their checks. I guess we are raising a country of robots. These morons couldn't find what to do on the computer so they sent me packing with their small uncashed bank's check. Please avoid this branch or better yet avoid USBanlk altogether!!!!
