This post office has demonstrated their incompetence time and again. Most recently failed to deliver a package to Brighton Colorado. They put this big green sticker on it blah blah we can't deliver to international destinations. I went in to try and correct it..even got to talk to the moron who thinks Brighton Colorado is international. Told me to talk to the manager and enter the line almost to the door. I will deliver this to Broghton. This location clearly shows why the USPS should be privatized.

The folks at the Parker post office are just the best! Historically, dealing with the post office has not been a great experience for me, but the location in Parker has been the most amazing experience. The employees are kind, helpful, and have gone above and beyond every time that I've needed something.

I've had this USPS deliver to my current address for about 9 years now and it's not too terribly frequent that something goes wrong.
Quite a few times I've had packages misplaced, skipped, or put into neighbors' mailboxes or on their porches which happened just yesterday. Package said it was delivered but it wasn't there. Not a big deal, called up their line, got put through overly automated pain, decided to just go to the postal office.
They helped me out fast, were kind, polite, jotted down all the details to help me find the package. Today it was delivered! They found it and fixed the problem which I'm very grateful for but, my package was fully opened. Nothing inside looked to be tampered with thankfully, it's just a bit unsettling having a package show up opened even if nothing was taken.
All that said, they're not terrible at all. They're on their feet all day, undersized, and manage a lot of housing and businesses so I understand the hiccups and mistakes made.

Ive been receiving my mail here for 10+ years. Only issue I've ever had was when they had to deliver something I ordered on Amazon and the package was to big and heavy for the lady to carry up the stairs. But as soon as I called I was told what happened and was able to come down on a Sunday and receive my package. They do good work and it's not easy work and the new hires have it the hardest so give them a break once and awhile.

I've called the Parker post office more than once. Each time a person AT the post office answered the phone and helped me. I think their service is great.

VERY busy when I came through. It was quite clear to me that the staff were moving as quickly as possible. The staff remained incredibly professional even though most of the people I saw them deal with had nothing but ugly things to say about things the staff had no control over. I was truly inspired by how helpful the staff were even though it almost seemed like the customers were actively trying to make their lives harder. Thank you for all your amazing work!

I have been going for a week almost getting promised they will get a P.O. Box ready. I was told on Saturday that they would have one ready today and even called and they said it will be ready! Guess what not ready! They have poor costumer service they don’t care!

**UPDATE**. Worse than ever. See new photos of box delivered today. Especially nice touch for carrier to drive his van down the street so ice was thrown up on the sidewalk ahead of the cold snap.
I would hate to see what my package would’ve looked like if it didn’t have “Fragile” on the envelope.

I have nothing good to say about this postal office.
Tried sending a $300 box and then they said the person receiving the box will have to pay an additional $200 on top of what I already paid. Make it make sense.

I have been dealing with a a big issue with some of my mail. But I have to say Anthony has been helping me and has been VERY helpful and my mail is now safe waiting for me to pick up!!!
