My husband was just in the store trying to purchase propane, and was refused service, while the propane cages were full.. “Sorry…can’t do it”, the clerk said when husband asked for a propane exchange. He asked why. “Too much else going on”, was the clerk’s reply. My husband asked if he could just get the key and exchange it himself. Clerk laughed. Like what’s he going to do…run down the road with a bunch of cylinders?To conclude, Valero employees refuses service to patrons when they don’t feel like working. Note this if you ever need anything from their store, and just drive one block to newer, better, gas stations and convenience stores with staff who are always friendly and happy to assist.
