Worst customer service. The way this store has treated myself and family on upgrading phones and making adjustments to our phone plan has been atrocious. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere (or switch carriers for that matter).

You go there, they say they've got a queue of customers. Understandable since it's a busy time of year. You get a call about an hour later saying that your turn is coming up, you head back to the store. At that point it's not reasonable to make customers wait over another hour before you even start attending them.I went there with every intention of switching. Now I'm going to stick with AT&T. Bad customer service loses customers. How can people in a sales role not know this?

My husband and I have been in the store twice over the past week to get information on and then upgrade our phones and modify our cell phone plans. Lauren and Shekita both provided excellent customer service! Great job!

Down right awful. I bought a Christmas present for my mom a new phone. Who ever works there messed up my order called my mother (after it said in the file this is a gift do not contact) and blew her surprise. Then while talking to Stephane on the phone she didn't care about what occurred and was very short. I would not l recommend this location to anyone.

Frustrating Customer Experience I am writing to express my deep frustration with the recent customer service experience at Verizon. My brother, who is an account manager, visited the store to address service issues with his new iPhone. Unfortunately, the initial interaction was highly disappointing. The staff inaccurately claimed he wasn't on the account and suggested he contact his parents. Upon clarification, it was revealed that he was indeed an account manager, but instead of receiving proper assistance, he encountered rudeness from the staff. This entire episode has left us dissatisfied, especially considering the significant amount we invest in Verizon's services. The lack of professionalism and failure to address the issue has prompted serious consideration of switching to a different service provider. We believe that customer service should be a top priority, especially when dealing with account-related matters and new devices. We hope that Verizon takes these concerns seriously and implements measures to improve the overall customer experience. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.

Sometimes you get someone good, other times you get someone who could not care less. In my opinion, if you can not maintain a score of at least 4 stars, you do not deserve my business, or anyone else's for that matter.

No wonder why they are rated so low... I should have known better to expect any different service than I get when calling into support. Just so everyone knows, you can get pulled over and issued a ticket with your CO Digital ID, but you can't turn in a phone at Verizon. So much for a 'leader' in digital innovation.

I went in because my phone wouldn’t turn on, and I was helped by two really sweet gentlemen. I only remember one guy’s name and it was David. They had my phone up and running within 5 minutes. Highly recommend them! They were great.

Went in to try and upgrade my phone and was met with very rude customer service and an extremely difficult time for a very easy process. Employee I initially had was very rude and condescending, even questioning my own choice to upgrade saying it was a “waste of money” and that I had “bad decisions”. I was shocked. However, I requested to work with a different employee and she was very kind and helpful with me. I can’t remember her name but she was very kind and patient.

The absolute worst they literally only care if you're buying something they offer no technical assistance whatsoever unless you're buying some thing and they are very happy to upsell accessories, but do not care to help literally every time I've had an issue with service or my phone I've had to troubleshoot it myself I do not recommend Verizon at all and the store is absolute trash.

I was greeted right away and waited only a short period of time. My salesperson was Ennis and he was great! He was patient and explained everything to me. He didn't try to sell me any extra products that he didn't think I needed. I purchased a replacement Ipad and he was great about transferring the data over from the old to the new(I did pay for this service). The process took a long time but it was worth it. I also noticed that several elderly people came in around the same time I did and I felt like they were treated with respect and patience by everyone that they encountered in the store. I did also notice that they went out of there way to help with additional concerns they had.Keep up the good work! Thank you!

Shekita is thee absolute best. She is a hustler and makes sure you are all good to go and satisfied before you leave. Thank you for helping me out and getting me all set up before my vacation.
