I don't know what is wrong with the pharmacy staff at this Walgreens but they are extremely rude and unhelpful. The Walgreens off of South Parker road has very friendly staff but for some reason when I have to get a script filled here the staff is almost uncomfortable to talk to. Do better or find a new job if you hate it so much

I want to give a very personal review to Ariel,who works in the pharmacy. We’ve had a lot of issues with my medication over the last week and she has worked diligently and so hard to get everything resolved for me. She took her time with me and made sure I was able to get my medication as soon as it came in. Her customer service skills and her patient Care is top-notch! Ariel I want to give a huge thank you to you for working so hard on this with me and being such a kind person.

Not sure how to even start this review.
After a long day I had to get a new prescription and was already not thrilled to be doing that. I went in after my doctor had just told me “they will have it ready for you” and man was I met with the most unfriendly service. The lady behind the pharmacy desk (I think her name was Dana) was so incredibly rude man. I said “hey I’m here to pick up a prescription and the Dr said it should be ready” and I was met with Dana’s response of “oh I didn’t know your Dr worked here”. I stood there in shock and then she followed that up by saying “I’d love to call her” and then told me it wasn’t ready. Look man I get we all have bad days but why on earth would you be treating patients like that? Alas, I’ll be going to CVS from now on lol

What an amazing staff! My sister was in the ER and we didn't get out until 8.30pm, and this was the closest pharmacy that was open late. Not only were they helpful, but answered a question I had when I got home! Super friendly and they obviously care. Thank you guys so much!

Usually retail employees are rude and don’t care to help you find stuff but the 2 ladies here were extremely helpful and actually found the product I needed in the back! So thank y’all very much my wife really needed the item!

So kind and amazing! My normal store was closed on a holiday and the team was great to work with and ensured I could fill at this location. The new mgmt is great!
Nina, Miranda and the rest of the team are the most caring and compassionate employees that I have EVER met at any Walgreens locations. I would recommend transferring your scripts here. Thank you, Nina, for taking my call and caring as much as you do!!!

I was getting a vaccine and the lady that helped me over the counter was so incredibly nice! She was working while talking to me and made me feel like a valued customer with real emotions. On the other hand the pharmacist was unpleasant to say the least. She made a big deal to the nice lady that she was talking to much and being slow. It made me feel sad that such toxicity was occurring to such an awesome worker. The pharmacist continued to verbally say things to the nice women and it honestly was unpleasant for me as a customer to see such rude behavior from one employee to another. I hope that treating customers as if they are real people that matter will continue to be a standard.

The pharmacy and pharmacist are absolutely terrible. It seems they thrive on making customers unhappy. The prescriptions are never ready on time you call them they say they will be ready in a couple days and to no avail every time they don’t have them or you have to wait 15-30 minutes. If there is a problem with the prescription they never offer or want to help by placing a call to the doctor office as most pharmacists are happy to do. This is absolutely the worst Walgreens pharmacy In Colorado. All the staff should be let go and totally restaffed. Save yourself the headache and brain damage, go elsewhere.

Last 24-hour big store for hundreds of miles! The overnight cashier was friendly and helpful; she helped me find an additional item to the OTC medication that prompted my oh-dark-hundred visit. Those caramels by the register are quite tasty!

Multiple mistakes on the medical input from the pharmacist. Wrong phone number. Wrong birthdate. Insurance denial due to their mistakes. Got fed up and paid retail because my son needed it asap. Avoid.

The Dr that was behind the counter was borderline the most useless person on the planet. Not only did he turn me away 30 minutes after surgery with legal script paper. Shocker drove up the street and CVS immediately took care of me. This “doctor” was not in uniformm during business hours and has zero clue about the law when it comes to medicine. He is a disgrace to the field and should be stripped of his license. Do not go hwre
