Don't bother waking up early. I liked this Walgreen's pharmacy because it allowed me to fill prescriptions early hours, before work and when it is less busy. For the first time ever i was told i would have to wait until they called my doctor's office. Avoid this Walgreens and their constant rotation of new pharmacists.

Going to this Walgreens is like getting a root canal - it takes a longtime and is painful. The drive-thru is closed for construction, but no construction is apparent. There a paper signs in the pharmacy area telling you that they are under-staffed and will be until further notice. This is an understatement as they have been understaffed for at least 2 long years. When my wife asks me to pick up her prescriptions I cringe and get the shakes. Its like I'm being punished. When I do go in there I do not recognize anyone from past visits - not even the pharmacist! I went in there this evening and stood in line for 11+ minutes before getting up to the counter. I was told that 1 of 2 prescriptions was ready and that the 2nd prescription was sent out to another store and that I could pick it up in 2 hours after the other store delivered it to the store I was in. DUH....why would they send the 2nd prescription out as I was THERE. Why would they assume I would want to pay 2 visits to this sub-standard mess that they call a pharmacy?? Yes, I do avoid this place like COVID!!! Are my expectations out whack? Maybe. I'm a veteran who has the luxury of having the VA send me text messages asking if I want to refill a prescription that is coming up for refill and they mail it to me. I can also go online and request a refill and it shows up in my mailbox. What a novel concept! Walgreens are you LISTENING.

Drive thru closed, line out the door and now on hold forever because the automated system is broke. This is ridiculous and past frustrating! How's about your "leadership" that is sitting on their asses, get out here and help these people. This store sucks because of the EXECUTIVES at Walgreens, NOT the employees. This review is about the LAZY BONUS COLLECTING POSs!!!!!!!! GET OFF YOUR ASSES AND HELP!

Pharmacy staff is shockingly rude, and you get treated like a criminal when trying to fill an opioid. I know the work must be hard, but it doesn't take much to change the nature of the interaction.

Needed to update insurance info to get prescription filled. Called and was on hold 32 minutes with message telling me I was second in line. At that point I drove to Walgreens to update insurance info in drive thru lane. Was on hold 46 minutes and no one ever picked up phone. I asked woman working drive thru if they answer their phone anymore and was given response that she can't be in 5 places at once. I'm torn which is worse, CVS or Walgreens in Parker.

Went to this location or sometimes the other location in Parker. Happened to be in the area and needed to make some photos. Hate to say it but it. Was a negative experience. All these machines are self service. And the teenager that worked there refused to help me. I asked how to use it and she just snapped at me. Then told another employee she was going on her break! Jesus Made my copies and got the heck out of there. Didn't pla. On coming back with that customer service. Just wanted a few copies of baby pictures . After that experience 100 won't be going back to this location after. Being treated like that!

I never write reviews... but I had originally been coming to this Walgreens for 10 years. I don't know if it's the influx of more people moving to Parker or management, but this place SUCKS now... two separate phone calls. 20 min each on hold. I figured I'd call at 9:40pm because "oh it's late" was just sent to line to wait. Every time I even go to pick up a prescription the line is super duper long and wait in line over 40 min in drive thru. Or 1 hour in line in the store. I've had multiple instances where I've gone to pick up my prescription because I got the voicemail from them saying it was ready. Then to be told when I get there that I have to wait another hour or two. They need to get their sh*t together. Tonight I reached my final straw, trying to call them because it's an emergency prescription. I'm having all of my prescriptions redirected to a different pharmacy from now on I'm pissed.

The Pharmacist helped me get my proper documentation so I could travel internationally. I see several comments about the wait time etc. but I think people should keep in mind how understaffed and stretched the teams are. I'm thankful for them; they show up knowing that they won't be treated well at times but care about providing our children with the medicine they need, our seniors with their prescriptions, and all other medical tasks. Just wanted to say "thank you."

Thank god CVS takes Tricare again!!Walgreens has had trouble on prescriptions, bad service, flat out wrong responses even sometimes. Plus, the store is a mess.

Not bad inside, seems like shelves always need stocked, and it's not items that are hard to get through supply chains. Please, please repair your parking lot, it's been falling apart and full of potholes for 10+ years now.

The pharmacy is poorly managed and a complete disaster. I have been here several times and it's rare I'm not waiting for 30 min+. I am actually in the drive up writing this review as I've been sitting here for almost 40 min just to drop off a prescription. Someone in management needs to get this fixed as I can see I'm not the only one that has this complaint.

I would like to commend Lauren at the photo department for her wonderful assistance with an order that had not printed entirely. We spoke over the phone and she cheerfully took care of the issue and was so very kind! I truly appreciated her help and kind demeanor! Thank you Lauren!!

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I have no how a chain business that is this inept can maintain enough business to stay open. This place is a train wreck. I've been in the area for the past 6 months so I've been here plenty of times and NOTHING has improved. If you get in the drive-thru pharmacy line, you better have 30-45 minutes to kill. It's an absolute joke. Complete joke. Who manages this location? Anyone? It just simply is a dumpster fire. No, it's a dumpster fire that somebody rented a hoist and positioned themselves above the flaming dumpster and took a crap on it while it burned. Nobody at this location should have a job. THE WORST
