Not happy with the pharmacy at the moment. If I hadn't called 2 days later asking about my prescription, it wouldn't have been filled! They only did it because I called. It shouldn't take over 2 days to get what we need. We obviously need what the Dr prescribed, so it should be filled the day it's sent and NOT 3 days later!

Please choose a different pharmacy. DO NOT EVER HAVE YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE. These people should be out of a job I have never been more disappointed with a pharmacy and it's service in my entire life. I can't even get someone on the phone to ask about a prescription. They keep picking up and putting me on hold without saying anything. I have now been waiting on the phone for 45 minutes. Don't waste your time it's not worth it and the people here are extra dumb.

The Pharmacy techs are completely incompetent and will constantly tell you "I don't know what happened" or "I don't know what to tell you" I have been picking up prescriptions for Adderall for months but back in December they failed to fill a prescription that came directly from my doctor and their excuse was oh you have to call us... I asked when that changed and was told it was always like this even though I had picked up prescriptions filled by them for months. I called in to check on the prescription and my insurance information and was assured it was all good just to have them fail to fill it again! I ended up calling a second time that day and hearing the same thing at 7:30PM when I was supposed to be able to pick it up at 7:00pm they let me know there was a lot of other prescriptions ahead of me and I had to wait an hour and a half. needless to say, I'll be filling my prescriptions somewhere else

Whoever is scheduling the pharmacy the last few days should be fired. I've spent 5 hours over the last few days trying to get a hold of you to fix an issue on YOUR END regarding a prescription that you marked as filled and billed my insurance for when I had it transferred. This is nearly criminal levels of incompetence, I've been waiting for medications for weeks for no reason because you cannot fix the issue that shouldn't have happened to begin with... TRY ACTUALLY STAFFING PEOPLE.

A great place to get photos printed. We have used them a number of times and the quality is good. Maggie is usually the one who prints them for us and has been really helpful on several occasions.

I shop quite frequently at many Walgreens locations. Just recently relocated from Colorado Springs up to Denver. I use the Walgreens app Frequently because they have excellent prices and Amazing rewards, That you can use or Store in your app for a later time. I had put in a couple online orders, and unfortunately, their store at the lone tree location did not have a lot of the clearance items that I purchased. However, I received the kind of customer service and customer support that my new Lone tree Walgreens location team and management that needs to be mentioning! From the manager, Patrick, Maggie, Customer service associate at the register, and Especially Heather Shearer-Kinely that was Truly amazing and dedicated to resolve all my issues and offering reasonable solutions immediately! Wow Heather, you must love what you do and Walgreens Must know that you are the star at this company!!! In my 20 years of dealing with Walgreens throughout the country, I have never Experienced any sales associate like Heather. Not only fixing issues, but she actually helped load my car with the heavy items without a Ask?!!! I’m sure that Heather was was unaware that I am actually disabled. What an asset to the Walgreens organization and team, managed by Patrick!! Way to go, Heather!! Thanks again And because of you and your customer service, I will only shop and purchase at the Lonetree Walgreens location on Lincoln and Parker for my Pharmaceutical, beauty and health products, Baby products, And the quick stop by so I don’t have to deal with the long lines at target or Walmart for the last minute household items!😊

Had a great experience with their beauty consultant Drea. She was so sweet and helpful recommending products for my sensitive skin. She was helpful during check out as well the Walgreens card was so tempting! I had forgotten to buy one more item and we t through the regular register and the high schoolers was probably the rudest ones there. Didn’t give me a chance to enter my # and never gave conversation just told me thanks for my purchase. Not sure why it was an entitled attitude during the transaction but I’m grateful drea gave me a better experience

Not sure how to even start this review.
After a long day I had to get a new prescription and was already not thrilled to be doing that. I went in after my doctor had just told me “they will have it ready for you” and man was I met with the most unfriendly service. The lady behind the pharmacy desk (I think her name was Dana) was so incredibly rude man. I said “hey I’m here to pick up a prescription and the Dr said it should be ready” and I was met with Dana’s response of “oh I didn’t know your Dr worked here”. I stood there in shock and then she followed that up by saying “I’d love to call her” and then told me it wasn’t ready. Look man I get we all have bad days but why on earth would you be treating patients like that? Alas, I’ll be going to CVS from now on lol

What an amazing staff! My sister was in the ER and we didn't get out until 8.30pm, and this was the closest pharmacy that was open late. Not only were they helpful, but answered a question I had when I got home! Super friendly and they obviously care. Thank you guys so much!
