On hold for 20 minutes with them, one person ahead of me,only to have them hang up on me without saying a word. Called them back and had two people ahead of me. Absolute trash service. If you call within an hour of their lunch break they will 100% ignore your call in the hopes of waiting you out and you will be punished for you patience by getting hung up on if you out wait them. Gotta love needing your medication only to be blocked from it because someone doesn't feel like doing their job today. Screw this place.

After spending 48 minutes on the phone queue, the techs here hung up. Then, at the store in line, another patron relayed a similar story after 30 minutes on hold. I called Walgreens corporate. They don't care. The stores are understaffed and overwhelmed. Bottomline, this chain is incompetent literally from the corporate top to the front-end counter. They are simply unfit, unable, and unwilling to serve their customers. Thank God my new company insurance allows me to go elsewhere.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Unprofessional, inept, and rude all in one. 24 hours post op and still cannot get my pain prescription. My large family and I are done with not only this location, but also this company as a whole. This is not a unique experience for us here, and based on other one star reviews it is widespread. I have been attempting to call since yesterday afternoon and evening after we stopped initially, and now calling today morning and afternoon. Phone system hangs you up after 2 minutes on hold. If you do get through to someone it is someone not in the pharmacy and they put you on hold to help someone in line to buy shampoo even when you plead for help for a medical reason. This store's behavior should be criminal.

Waited over a week for a prescription to be filled because they were out of stock. Went to pick it up when I was notified that it was ready, to find out that that it was never filled. This was after waiting 30 minutes behind 3 cars in their drive thru.

I thought the King Soopers - Stroh Ranch pharmacy was bad, but this Walgreens pharmacy is extra terrible. First they lie toYou about a prescription being ready when you call them, then you getThere, and they tell you they don’t knowWhat you’re talking about, that I actually spoke to No one on the phone, and they can’t even pronounce the name of the prescription.I’m Surprised such an incompetent and unprofessional pharmacy likeThis can stay in business. Once they can actually complete a simple task of fillingA face cream prescription, all of my prescriptions will be sent elsewhere.

The service is consistently horrible. As a physician calling in prescriptions is incredibly time consuming. Often the wait to talk to a pharmacist is over 30 minutes.

We scheduled a Covid vax and waited 45 minutes; while we waited, we witnessed an older gentleman say he was completely out of his medication that was supposed to be ready the day before. The Pharmacist told him it's sold out and didn't even try to help him or transfer the script somewhere else who may have it. She didn't even care, poor guy. We also witnessed a lot of folks come in because they got an alert that their meds were there, but they weren't. This Pharmacist was the worst we've ever seen.... they need someone with better office management skills.

In store shopping seems fine. Sometimes a line at checkout but there are lines everywhere.The pharmacy is TERRIBLE. The last prescriptions I had filled took over 48 hours. I won't be using the anymore.

Can’t do it one more minute. I’m done!Another month left six days after doc sent my blood pressure meds through and once again I am left with high pressure and no meds. They said another company filling and told me to come back Monday. I came back Monday and still no meds. Got in my car called and moved my meds to Safeway. Over it. Been 20 years with Walgreens. I have never had so many problems ever! It ends today . Terrible!! Some lady told me if I wanted to call another Walgreens I could check if they had a few pills to “ get me by” until it was filled? Said they did not have any . I asked if she could call for me to figure out how I could have a few pills so I wasn’t without high blood pressure meds and sick until filled . She said no. Last month they “ lost” my meds and same thing! At least lady back there last month knew me and helped to get me a few till they “ found” where my blood pressure meds were a week later! Now she even quit . Please find somewhere else to go!!!! Not worth your health. My friends never have these problems. They do not go to Walgreens.I do have to say the Walgreens in castlerock is fantastic !!! Never had problems there and so nice.Another funny thing…lead pharmacist telling others they don’t take Medicaid and very unhelpful regarding yet castlerock …. Vanessa was her name I believe…Walgreens DOES takes Medicaid no problem for flu vaccines at Castlerock location Walgreens they have taken us in with no problem !So funny ! Really? I called Coro office and turned in. You just don’t do that to people. Ridiculous . Go to castlerock Walgreens people! Go to Safeway! Anywhere but Stroh Walgreens would be my recommendation !!

If you enjoy stubbing your baby toe on a piece of furniture, than this pharmacy is for you. If you enjoy throwing up for days on end, than this pharmacy is for you. If you enjoy passing a kidney stone, than this pharmacy is for you. Pure torture every time I go there. You would think I would learn. Save yourself the pure torture and go anywhere but here. They need a MAJOR overhaul. They are so slow, grouchy, and unorganized.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY EVER! I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacy - was interrupted multiple times while trying to explain a situation (the pharmacy screwed up) and had to even ask twice if I could finish my sentence. Once I did, I was abruptly told "it will be ready by 2pm." Prior to finally getting an actual person on the phone AT this actual pharmacy, I sat on hold twice a total of 40 minutes. It wasn't until I spoke to the store manager that the pharmacy actually took my call. I stopped using this pharmacy over two years ago for many reasons, and thought I could give them a try again, BOY WAS I WRONG. This Walgreens is a disgrace - they should just close if they can't even speak to customers in a respectful way.

Transferring my prescriptions away from here as soon as possible.Every interaction I've had with this pharmacy has left me feeling like I'm a problem.Absolutely frustrating dealing with anyone, in person or on the phone (if happen to get through and they don't just hang up on you)I've been contacted and told my meds were ready for pick up and still had to wander around the store for 45 mins waiting for them to be ready.I've gotten many mixed messages from. Them and never know what to believe.Save yourself some time and lots of frustration and go to another pharmacy- maybe you'll be treated kindly and with respect.. something you'd be lucky to find at this location.These people do not enjoy their jobs at all, and it shows.

Please PLEASE do not trust this pharmacy with your health as well as your families! I Can not believe the amount of unprofessionalism I have experienced at this location. The employees are rude and genuinely do not care about their jobs from the pharmacist, pharmacy techs, as well as the assistant manager Kristin. I have had to show up on numerous occasions asking about my prescription and no one knows anything about it or they don’t have it in the system. It’s been over a week and nothing. The store manager Chelsea will not call back when stated leaving to wonder what is going on. Every employee has an excuse for everything, no accountability. The amount of medical negligence this pharmacy has shown is very concerning. When I asked the assistant manager Kristen for corporates number she stated she does not know it and doesn’t have access to that information and I need to find it myself. Please save yourself the headache and go to another pharmacy it’s worth the drive. This pharmacy should not be open they do not know what they’re doing.

The worst walgreens pharmacy ever. My prescriptions were called in four hours ago I came thirty miles one direction to pick them up and now they tell me they are still not ready and I must wait another half hour to forty minutes. This is so unfair, And what if a person had an insulin emergency and needed their medication?. This pharmacy is the worst ever and I would not recommend it to anyone.
