Just wanted to make sure the store manager knows Patricia the team lead for the grocery pick up went above and beyond to help. Yesterday we went to pick up our groceries, we ordered the night before. She held the order until we were able to pick up yesterday around 4 pm. This location is a bit far for us, but based on the customer service we received, decided to make this our store.Customer service and manners appear to be overlooked in our fast pace society. Thank God there are people like Patricia, to prove that regardless of technological advances, no AI/ Chat bot, etc will ever be able to learn or create human interactions. Thank you, Patricia,!! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Hope the store manager considers you for an upper management position in the future. (if that is a goal for 2024).

It is a very clean Walmart with deals. Milk cheaper here, sodas cheaper at Kings so shop around and save some money!

I've never had a problem showing my receipt at the door before leaving, but today no one was there. I was out the first set of door and almost to the second doors, a lady SHOUTS at me to come back and show my receipt. Lady needs to chill out, speaking to people like that is outta pocket.

Vicki, an employee at checkout, bullied a mother and her children over 65-cents (accidently purchased the wrong bag at checkout) after spending $150. She is a very unpleasant, unprofessional, and bias-motivated woman.

Do not use this Walmart 2 Walmart To send money. These people are Incompetent. They will refuse to your money but will not tell you why. Then they will tell you that you're not a customer. They have your phone number, but will not call you in advance. To tell you they're not giving you your money. Is it fraud that they won't complete their contract?

Terrible experience. I paid for my stuff at self checkout. On my way out of the self checkout area, I get pulled over by a Clerk asking to see my receipt. Not a big deal right? I've made about 5 trips here in the last couple of months and each time I get stopped. So this time, I asked, "Why am I being stopped and that guy over there is not?" Response, "I am just doing my job." Same response I get every time. They keep stopping me, and they keep finding nothing. Every time. Year after year. This has been going on for the at least 3 years.

I love Walmart, but it is getting progressively worse as far finding, getting help, or checking out with regards to customer service. Then you add the whole lack of bags concept and it makes the entire trip almost not worth it lol. Just my opinion though.

You rate one Walmart you rate em all. I just now realized that I may have a problem. I am always being prompted to leave a Walmart review. And you only do each store once. Holy $h!&! I go to wayyy too many Walmarts. I really do have a problem. Because I don't even particularly like shopping at Walmarts. They just happen to have most things you need. Meh.

Purchased a large assortment of Christmas wrapping paper, gift boxes, bags in a variety of sizes and of course bows. Everything was at post holiday prices making it all that much nicer. It may be 12 months early but I'm set for next Christmas.
