Very disappointed. Since they have altered their hours, it has been really hard to get to the bank after work. I hustled to get to the bank in person before they closed at 5 so I could get a certified check to pay my rent on time since today was payday. I can only pay my rent via certified check. I got to the door at 4:58 and I saw others had walked in right before me. I pulled on the door and it was locked. A man came to the door and asked what I needed. When I told him I just needed a certified check, he told me he couldn't do anything for me because it was after 5, which it was after he came to the door and I had to explain what I needed. I begged, and stated I was there prior to five, albeit just a few minutes, and he refused to help, and told me I could come back in the morning. Problem is, they open at 9am, and I'm already working at 9am. I will now have to pay a $90 late fee. I'm disappointed that this man did nothing to help me, and disappointed that Wells Fargo branches no longer have reasonable hours to serve those that work normal business hours. Many of us don't have the luxury of "getting away" during a lunch break, and getting an "oh well tough luck" vibe didn't make me feel great.

I've never really like going in banks. Most seem to be slow, don't care if you're there or not, and it's all on their time. But this place values the customer. Fast, friendly, and helpful

I have been a Wells Fargo client since 1978. This long-term association hasn't helped me get good service. It used to be easy to see a banker. Now it is extremely difficult. Appointments are made on line, but often no appointments are open for a week. Bankers are slightly helpful but there is no follow up. We have an missing deposit but Wells Fargo has provided minimal help. During the period when Wells Fargo was aggressively, and maybe illegally, searching new accounts, they convinced me to open an umbrella account which is no longer useful. Now I find it extremely difficult to get out of. One time, about 20 years ago, Wells Fargo inadvertently credited my account for about $20,000 when it should have credited my account $2,000. I informed them immediately and the mistake was rectified. The Banker even wrote me a thank you note. What a pity they cannot show me the same consideration.

This branch never answers the phone and is very very difficult to do business with. If Wells Fargo was a phone call away from failing as a bank this place still wouldn't answer the phone and they would go under. What a joke of a branch.

Every time I've tried to call this particular branch no one answers. Then, when you go in the tellers are rude and points you to online banking. thanks for nothing

The Parker Wells Fargo is one of the worst branches in the system. Very miss managed branch. In addition the tellers give wrong information for business accounts. This branch should be closed and save customers the grief. Glad Chase is opening across the street.

Teller Mindy is so nice! Friendly, quick, and seems to know everyone that walks in the door! Yes, getting in and out of there is bad - Parker is absolutely packed with people now but that certainly isn't WF fault.

I have called the phone number five times today. The voice recording says “this number doesn’t accept voicemails. Goodbye”. Wow… could it be more unprofessional?

Line out the door of people with 4 tellers standing behind only 2 working. So ridiculous!! Anticipate a lunch rush and have everyone working. Why are people standing and staring in the back.

The tellers at this location are absolutley horrible. They're rude, rushed, and clearly don't care. I'm talking about the lead teller and a younger blonde one also. Really bad customer service. I'll be moving my accounts elsewhere. I'm guessing the branch manager is the to blame for this becuase this location has steadily gone WAY DOWN IN SERVICE QUALITY. If HE actually cared, he's make some changes and provide customer service training.
