Pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy I've ever experienced. Told me my prescription would be ready the next day I come back couple days later and they say it's not ready. Need to train your employees to not be trash.

After spending 48 minutes on the phone queue, the techs here hung up. Then, at the store in line, another patron relayed a similar story after 30 minutes on hold. I called Walgreens corporate. They don't care. The stores are understaffed and overwhelmed. Bottomline, this chain is incompetent literally from the corporate top to the front-end counter. They are simply unfit, unable, and unwilling to serve their customers. Thank God my new company insurance allows me to go elsewhere.

This place took over 24 hours to fill a simple antibiotics prescription. The service is also rude.

The service is consistently horrible. As a physician calling in prescriptions is incredibly time consuming. Often the wait to talk to a pharmacist is over 30 minutes.

If you enjoy stubbing your baby toe on a piece of furniture, than this pharmacy is for you. If you enjoy throwing up for days on end, than this pharmacy is for you. If you enjoy passing a kidney stone, than this pharmacy is for you. Pure torture every time I go there. You would think I would learn. Save yourself the pure torture and go anywhere but here. They need a MAJOR overhaul. They are so slow, grouchy, and unorganized.

Worst pharmacy experience you can possibly have. They not only have given me the wrong prescription on 2 separate occasions but they are now shorting me on my prescriptions by several pills. Every time I try to fill it's hassle because they don't seem to know how to work their own system. On top of it, they are the most incompetent and rude people to work with. Avoid this location at all costs they don't deserve your business. Quite frankly surprised they haven't been hit with a lawsuit as dishing out the wrong prescriptions can have serious consequences. If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Also, where are the rest of my scripts? In their pockets? Utterly disgraceful.

If I could I would give them no stars. That pharmacy is the worst. Some prescriptions were missing pills which they would not correct, two scripts I received twice in two different days. Once I was charged for one script and they gave me three. Rebecca the manager, and the pharmacist are so rude and act as tho you are a nuisance taking up their precious time. They are impatient and do not listen to your questions or help in any way. The last three months my doctor had to call otherwise I would not have received my medication. Save yourself a world of grief and find a pharmacy who is committed to your health and well being. Update: even after the doctor called as they requested they still refused to fill my script. Now I'm stuck spending 2 days with no meds. As I said before save yourself lots of grief, find a pharmacy who is honest and respects and cares about you.

Your pharmacy technicians really need to lose the attitude. They also clearly need to reminded that they are NOT doctors. Why a doctor prescribed a certain medication is none of your business. Just shut up, and fill the script. That's your job. You're not as important as you think. This is why doctors make the big bucks, and you make peanuts. Next time I hear a technician opining on a script given by a doctor, you'll be reported to the state medical board. Cheers!

Do not go here!!! It is worth the extra drive to go to another pharmacy. I recently had eye surgery and needed prescription eye drops pre-surgery. I went in and was the only person in line, it took them 20 minutes to even talk to me. Then it took another hour to fill the prescription, I was the only one there!!! Then I had surgery and post surgery was prescribed pain medication. Went to the pharmacy, waited again and then was told they could not fill my prescription until the next day. Then, post recovery I was prescribed another eye drop. Went to fill that. Waited again, when I got to the counter they said they just recieved a bunch of orders and call back in 45min. I did that, now they say they do not have my prescription. They even asked if I "have the right address." I then called my doctor to confirm the right address. Called Walgreens again and told them I had the right address. Now they have my prescription but now it was too close to closing time so "I can pick it up tomorrow." I am not sure what the deal is here but they are horrible. Do not go here, please use the next closest pharmacy and save yourself a huge headache.

Just moved to Colorado so I requested a transfer for all my sons prescriptions to Walgreens... because this Walgreens is very close to my home. The lady I spoke with was Vanessa, after 30 seconds into the call I should have hung up and and went elsewhere but based off of our conversation and the reviews alone. Vanessa needs a 1x1 or some type of ethics retraining, I hate to see people fired but it's obvious she hates her job, she's very rude and not helpful. Does this lady not know she's at work? you are paid to do a service! I asked if she could request all my sons prescriptions (she huffed and puffed, as if I was bothering her), she said she needed the name of the prescriptions, so I gave her the names, 1 month later I request a refill and they say I can't because she didn't request the prescriptions, after calling my previous pharmacy she said they just expired so she wouldn't be able to transfer at this time. I'm livid! I work in the healthcare field and people like Vanessa should not be here, she does not want to help the sick, she's only there for a paycheck. GET RID OF THAT LAZY HEFFA!

I work for a doctor's office. I attempted to call in a prescription to this location, and was left on hold for 15 minutes, during which time the phone was picked up and immediately placed on hold again 3 times. The individual who finally got around to connecting me to the pharmacy had to physically walk over and tell them to pick up the phone, and he sounded like he hated his life. Employees only get this unhappy and inefficient because of chronic mismanagement, and understaffing. You'd be better off closing the store than allowing its reputation to deteriorate so badly.

The pharmacy staff not only doesn't care about you but quite frankly the rudest people around. This is in addition to their unprofessionalism and losing prescriptions. People are sick or in a lot of pain they don't need your eye rolling and sarcastic comments. I'm so disappointed, switching to King Soopers pharmacy.

I just had your pharmacist argue with me on the phone. Extremely rude. A MONTH ago my 2 prescriptions were sent in by my doctor. I called two weeks ago, to be told 1 was ready, and the other was not in stock, and someone would call me when it was... two weeks go by, no phone call. So, I call this morning to be told my 1st prescription was sent back and the other isn't in stock, and that nothing was processed in the system. Not only does the drive thru move painfully slow... but so does getting your prescriptions! I will be moving to a different business for my prescriptions. Absolutely appalling

I wish I could give this pharmacy zero stars. They lost several prescriptions (claiming they never got it when my doc had sent it over several times) so I would have to call them and then call my doc and then call Walgreens again...it was exhausting. Then they would take over a week to fill my prescriptions and never send any type of communication as to why it was delayed or when it would finally be filled. (How is this even remotely acceptable? What about people who need these medications to live? It's absolutely insane that a corporation like Walgreens would let this happen.) When I would call to check on the status I'd get the call center and sit on hold for an hour (literally and HOUR) only to get a different reason each time I'd call. Oh, and then they would bill my insurance as if they filled prescriptions THAT THEY NEVER FILLED! So when I finally canceled my prescriptions at the Walgreens and transferred everything to the Walmart pharmacy my insurance company denied filling them saying it was too soon to refill because they thought that Walgreens had filled them (but they hadn't). So the tech at Walmart pharmacy had to spend a ridiculous amount of time convincing the insurance company that Walgreens had not filled those scripts. It was an absolute mess. Oh, and and then there's the issue with the pharmacy just closing randomly for days at a time. No warning, no info on their website, just a sign posted on the drive-thru window saying they were closed for staffing issues. Sorry, but corporate Walgreens should have stepped in and moved other employees to this pharmacy to cover the staffing issues or closed the retail side of the store so that the pharmacy could remain open. A pharmacy isn't a luxury -- these meds are necessity for people. Sometimes they're a life or death situation. So to just arbitrarily close down and leave all their customers helpless is absolutely unacceptable and unethical. And the pharmacy tech at Walmart learned (when he was calling to straighten out my insurance issue) that around 20 stores across the US had just closed like this. Absolutely unbelievable! This is the absolute worst pharmacy (poor customer service and shady business practices) that I have ever done business with. I should have transferred to a different pharmacy long before I did. I've now been with Walmart pharmacy in Elizabeth for a few months and they are outstanding.

Slow Understaffed They just dont care anymore It shouldnt take an hour on line to find out its not ready AFTER you got the notice that says its ready
