I've had so many issues with this credit union. They have a beyond buggy banking app. I haven't been able to log into my account online for months.You literally have to call to get passwords reset. This place lives in the dinosaur age.I thought credit unions were supposed to be locally owned and allow for people who aren't in the top 1% to not have to pay an arm and a leg to have a checking account.Well, looks like they'll start charging customers $10/month with an average daily balance below $2,500. Don't come here to bank. They have poor technology and screw you over.See photo below for reference of fees before banking here.

Absolutly the worst banking experience of my life. Do not bank here completly incompedent.they take forever to do anything.messed up my car loan by charging extra, cant seem to get to a smarter supervisor, cant wait to be done with them

I have banked with Westerra since I was a teenager, and the service there has always been helpful. I appreciate that they are a Credit Union, and they have shared branching because they are a Credit Union. This is helpful because I can go to other Credit Unions and use their ATM's. I am also thankful that I can receive a new debit card that day and not have to wait for it in the mail. I will absolutely continue to bank with them.

It has been years since I was able to use my phone to login. Now I can even login on the website since the phone number they have is out of date. I went in to a physical branch, had them change it and it still wants me to use the old number. Nobody has gotten back to me no matter how often I email or call. At this point they are holding my account hostage qnd shafting me at every turn. I'd get a new bank but I can't access my accounts to do it. Horrible company and horrible service.

Westerra Credit Union has been our bank for over 30 years, they do a great job of taking care of their customers. They have been with us as we have bought and sold homes, they make the mortgage process easy..

I've had a great experience at this branch, as well as the Castle Rock branch. The manager has been very helpful over the past 3 years in pointing me the right direction with my loan needs. I'm happy with the online interface for westerra as well. They make it easy to do internal or external transfers.

Do not go to Brenda the teller. Simple tasks are hard for her. been going here every two weeks for the past two years. I transfer money from an account affiliated with them to an account with them. Every time I go in and speak with Brenda there's always an issue. I have to correct her or she had another teller help her. I will be closing all my accounts with them next visit. Tired of the delays and issues.

Each time I go to do a deposit I automatically is greeted by more than one teller often I feel bad that I chose one over the other. Great customer service. I feel welcome and they are quite helpful.
