“I'm not much on leaving reviews (good or bad) because it's always a bunch of BS navigating the Internet to do so. However, there are times when a review is absolutely in order regardless of the crap. This is one of those times. This review is for Penrose Towing and in particular a tow truck driver named Cary. This company and their driver Cary knows exactly what it means to kick the maximum amount of a** daily without any lame excuses that seems to be the norm these days. Cary went above and beyond to help me out of a situation that was precarious as hell and did it with a professionalism that is second to none. This company and their drivers are professionals in every sense of the word, and I can guarantee you this, I'll never call Dumb & Dumber at whatever dumbass towing company that's listed before I call these guys at Penrose Towing. This is the second time I've had to use these guys, and although the first was a pretty standard tow (if there is such a thing) but the current job was nothing short of an absolute BS nightmare. So in short... Thank you Cary & Penrose Towing for your invaluable service.
