Tried to return a trailer 7 pin connector that I didn't use. I was told no returns on electrical parts. Just don't seem care to take care of their customers, just saying.

Was in the market for a dump trailer and found one here. Went to a couple of other trailer places, but the atmosphere just didnt sit right with me. Found True Value Trailers a little further than I wanted to travel from the Springs, but it was well worth the drive. Mr. Allen was more than helpful and even awnsered all the questions I had. The moment I walked in the doors all the accociates who worked there greeted me and made me feel welcomed! The trailer prices were better than most other places I visited, and the various models of trailers were up to par with what a trailer company should have in stock. I will definantly buy another trailer from them in the future! Thank You again Mr. Allan!!

Flatbed install melted wire for my slip tank and burned up the pump cost me 600 bucks scratch the back of my cab, back up camera not working now, broke two sensors for the parking aid. And over charged me

A product is only as good as the dealer that backs it up. Bailey Collins the service manager has gone above and beyond to get my trailer warranty pushed through and the repairs done. Today people like Bailey are rare and often not appreciated. Thank you Bailey I've appreciated all you've done for me.

I had a great experience working with Bailey to get a gooseneck ball installed in my truck. She really went above and beyond the call of duty to answer all of my questions. I was on a tight timeframe and she made things happen.

The shop was backed up on Friday when my appointment for our camper was scheduled and they couldn't get to it until Monday. But, when they found out I was planning on taking it on a trip this week Bailey and Brian went above and beyond, staying late to get the job done. Really appreciate the extra effort and the great job they did.

Hello and my name is Mark. On 4/16/2024 I was coming into Canon City Pulling my 5th wheel when without warning my back left wheel came off. There was no accident and no one was hurt. I made it to True Value Trailer where Bailey took great care of me. After inspection it was determined that due to lack of correct care when the bearings were inspected and packed last April the bearings seized up and the wheel came off. Also learned that my axels were only rated 5200 pounds for my 12000 pound 5th wheel. Bailey made everything right and was a pleasure to work with. She saved the day. And would recommend True Value Trailer to anyone needing repairs or service. I could not be more relieved.On a different note I will absolutely NEVER step foot inside a Big O tires store ever again and will be writing Forest River a letter

This is a truly excellent trailer repair shop. I've taken a variety of trailers (utility, stock, horse living quarter) to them over the years and they just don't miss on customer service or the quality of work. They are super fair on pricing. Whoever is troubleshooting their wiring/electrical work is top notch. Thanks Bailey and team!

Beyond words....Truly! It's way too long a detail story but, I listed a short version below and I can honestly say I'd have lost my marbles if not for these great folks.1st I had a warranty axle issue and they handled it, no problem.2nd 2 days after that was fixed a driver (on cell phone) ran a stop sign. Axle number 2 had to be replaced.....Poof! True Value to the rescue (again).3rd, yes folks, there's a third...Not even 2 weeks after the last repair. Yep, another driver on a cell phone hits my PARKED rig from behind.( yes, these events really did happen! All within 4 months).Again, True Value was there for me and worked with the local bodyshop to put the pieces back together. (Including my marbles).Fortunately the trailer was NOT carrying any animals during the incidents.My deepest sincere thanks to the whole crew at Penrose.

I can't say enough about Bailey and the customer service I received. There was an issue with some axles and Bailey went above and beyond to get the issues resolved. She communicates honestly and directly, kept me posted throughout the process. Bailey is extremely knowledgeable and gives rationale for how/why things are done. In a time when work ethic and follow through are almost non existent, Bailey and the entire crew are far above the norm. I would highly recommend them for any trailer needs.
