Best post office and the nicest staff, especially Geoff, Bryan and Monica. The person that delivers my mail knows me by name and that's unheard of in a large post office. I have friends in Pueblo that will drive all the way to Penrose to buy stamps just because the Penrose staff is so nice to deal with. Keep up the good work.

Penrose Colorado ...Worst post office I had to deal with in my lifetime. Anything to get out of delivering a package. No common sense. Obviously a vacuum cleaner from Amazon is not going to fit into the mailbox. It is easier for them to say the package was too big to fit in the mailbox come pick it up at the post office then drive 20 ft down the driveway and place it at the front door. Obviously it's too big to fit in the mailbox it's a vacuum cleaner. Mail is constantly delivered at the wrong address have to wait for days sometimes for the neighbor to get it and bring it to where it should have been put the first place. When you do go to the office they're rude like they don't want to be there to do the job that they're paid to do. I gave one star but I could give zero if it was possible.

Best service ever for the past few years. Always kind, helpful and great suggestions for shipping packages. It's definitely small town friendly. Love the postal employees at this facility.

Constant open my packages I have had them steal several of my items. Order a big pack of lighters and they opened it kept the box I guess (50th anniversary package so it was neat) and only gave me the lighters

They keep screwing my husband on shipping prices!!! Packages are sent to me (in another state) from this facility... It's clear on the labels that are on my packages that they are incorrectly labeling them, and over charging him. Not to mention, he brought this up on the second visit and the associate made a rude comment to him, and still charged him incorrectly. Clearly incompetent.

Small town post office where they know your name! The post office manager is very sweet and knowledgeable. She and her staff are friendly and you can tell they are busy but always willing to help.

Large lady with brownish hair is very Russell and condescending. I was a teacher if I treated parents or students like that I would of been fired.

PO destroyed my package & lost content. They bagged it, with a note. So they know they did it. Impossible to contact a person on the phone #, or website. So I have to physically go to post office & complain, when they know they lost contents.

The carriers here in Penrose Colorado are always helpful cheerful and today I got my package a day ahead of time. I just appreciate your service and want to tell you thank you!!!!
