Horrible I don’t know what is up with that lady in the counter she needs to retire. How can you tell people to purchase a whole roll of tape when you have a used roll right next to you. I get it’s a business but any mail office off base would gladly spare a piece of tape. Don’t waste your time go off post.

I’ve never reviewed a post office before, but I had to give this five stars as a more current or recent update on the expected experience for anyone trying to find a quick, efficient, and pleasant experience with almost no one in line. If you can get on Peterson spaceforce base, I recommend this Location. Just make sure that your packages are fully sealed and fully addressed before approaching the counter and you will have no problems. Go Army, beat Navy…

It's not an actual post office. It's a contracted location. They're no status on any of my packages. Very so/so service. GO TO A ACTUAL POST OFFICE. I’m stressed about my husbands care package ( my packages I sent way after at the post office have tracking information)

Joanna is the most rude person I’ve ever met in my life. I went in to ship off a package and Joanna acted like she was the customer.I asked her to help me find the right box and she refused saying this isn’t my job and I was in the back doing other things. EXCUSE ME??? Who says that? I’m a paying customer and I never heard of anyone saying this before and Joanna needs to be reprimanded. JOANNA NEEDS TO BE FIRED BECAUSE SHE HAS NO CUSTOMER SKILLS and GOT LOUD AND SMART WITH ME MULTIPLE TIMES! This is a military installation. So there is no need to be rude to any military wives when you have military families already depressed because their husbands are deployed. Just because you are having a bad day doesn’t mean take it out on anyone else. Last, I asked JOANNA to help me find the tracking number and she threw my receipt on the table rudely and threw my change at me and told me to find it myself. WHO EVER IS IN CHARGE OF THIS POST OFFICE NEEDS TO RECONSIDER HIRING THIS WOMAN NAME JOANNA!!!!

Dorm resident packages are kept in a separate room with shorter hours than the normal post office. If you work at Schriever you better hope you have a supervisor that will let you go get your packages because they close around 3.

Do not go here. The location is slow and customer service is nonexistent. I recently went to mail a couple USPS priority boxes and asked for USPS priority tape to build the boxes. She had a roll on her side of the counter. The lady stated it’s not for customers and directed me to buy the clear tape which is marked up significantly over retail value. This is different from off-post locations; typically if you mail flat rate priority boxes, tape is provided to build those boxes. Take a few minutes and go to those locations off post or expect to be treated like a nuisance.

Absolutely horrible customer service! The woman that works the front desk has a terrible attitude and doesn’t care whatsoever! She shouldn’t be representing the USPS and should be rehomed to a different job that doesn’t require interaction with other human beings.

Feel free to send USPS packages out of here, but make sure to bring your own tape for the labels or they’ll charge you $6 for a roll. Customer service is sub-par unfortunately.

Clerk mixed up the "to" and "from" address and mailed my package back to me. I had to take it back in and mail it again. She told me I still had to pay again. I started to process a refund online and was told to contact the manager. I called and asked who the manager was and she said "...I guess it's me?" as if she did not know who the manager was.In total this has wasted hours, over a dozen phone calls, ~$25, and made no progress.
