We needed Apollo in n an emergency and they were just wonderful! They stayed until we were able to return to our home, returned the next day, and left when all was repaired! Wonderful people, great work ethic!! Thanks so very much!!

I have been with Apollo for three and a half years now. Everyone I have interacted with has always been so nice and friendly, both in person and over the phone. They have always been understanding and helpful. A wonderful company. Would recommend.

Don't want drivers get in and threatening to charge extra for it - if you you ca even get ahold of them to order propane. Lovely threats in the dead of winter to pay up or they will disconnect the tank is awesome. Wonder how long it will take them to get the tank off my land?

Apollo propanes has the worst service in delivery, it is the third time in experience with them, I think it is better to pay a little more money to miller high, which has better service. If I could communicate with the owner, I would tell him that it is the worst service in the peyton area
This company does not have customer service, it does not have a number or type of contact to hire the same owner.

These guys always take care of me in a timely manner and the drivers are so nice! Before swift to them I thought I had a leak an my previous company couldn’t find or fix. I switched over to Apollo and they found it immediately and fixed it right in the spot!

I have had Apollo Propane for over 30 years and never a problem. They service me without a call and I've never ran out of propane. when ever I stopped at the office the people were always pleasant.

So, I have a review that I left three years ago. Yesterday when I called Apollo Propane for just a general question, Lindsey reminded me about the other Review, told me that it wasn’t nice, and said that I should remove the Review. I’m not removing it, as it is still true 3 years later. But y’all should know that Apollo Propane is pressuring its customers to remove Reviews that they don’t like.

This is my as a propane customer and thus far it has been a horrible experience. Upon moving opening my household account I have had little communication and mere lip service from this company. It took them 2 weeks to get to filling my tank initially. I was told numerous times they had "field technicians" that would periodically check the tank as I can't make out the guage to ensure I didn't run out. This has never happened I find myself out of propane in the cold I was told by Dusty when I called she would check for techs in the area and get back to me, this didn't happen I call back and they now want to charge outrageous overages for so called emergency service apparently service isn't a priority at all unless you pay dearly for it. I'm now told it could take up to 10 days to get service I'm a single Mom living on a limited budget. It's looks like we get to freeze or get a hotel room to shower which is MUCH cheaper than their emergency fees. If I could change companies I would however that's not an option so I must tolerate this awful company.

This is my first time as a propane customer and it has been nothing but lip service coupled with no service. Upon my first fill up which took more than 2 weeks to get. Mind you in in a home that had not been occupied for some time and the tank was low. It was Summer so we grilled outside and minimized usage. I was told field technicians would periodically check to see if I needed a fill up of course this NEVER happened. As the days got colder and the tank got lower I called for a fill up this took an inordinate amount of time so I once again had to minimize propane use. Finally I got the propane in November the lip service team told me it should last until February and no "field technicians" checked my levels. I started smelling propane thought I may have a leak still unsure what was going on I call for "service" I get the run around and run out of propane I while heartedly agreed to pay the extra cost of leak checking of course they have to add extra on to the bill since it got low I can understand that however I'm then told I must pay a huge emergency fee if I want propane in less than 2 weeks! It's cold and I'm just a single mother small business owner trying to get by. Did I mention before they decided to tell me the exsorbinant fees they said they would see if they had one on these so called technicians may be in the area and I should wait for them to get back to me on a tech in the area NO call whatsoever I call back for hours later and am told of the ridiculous added emergency charges I simply can not afford. I'm beginning to think they just sub contract deliveries and actually have no "field technicians". Now I have to rely on my actual reliable utility of electricity to run space heaters. At least when I've had electrical issues they are affable and have help free of charge. NOT APOLLO PROPANE they are just a joke. Unfortunately I'm stuck with this horrible company, at least I can warn others to consider more honest and reliable choices for propane. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Now my son and I get to freeze until they decide to solicit someone to help me.
