“I am very thankful for the honesty and integrity of this shop. I threw them a curve ball to do an upgraded full rebuild and install a new upgraded torque converter on a transmission in bad shape. They sourced high quality parts from companies I had heard of and trusted. After the initial full upgraded rebuild, we had problems. This shop worked with me through a few troubleshooting sessions to find out we had got a bad torque converter from the manufacturer. They opened back up the car double checked the internals on the transmission and replaced the torque converter again no questions asked and handled the return with the manufacturer. The customer service on this project and the pride they take in making sure they performed the highest quality work was beyond appreciated and well worth the drive from the springs. I've dealt with 6 transmissions shops in Colorado over many repairs, and this is the best shop hands down. Very thankful I finally found a great transmission shop.”
