I brought my truck in for what turned out to be a very difficult and complex case involving the dealership that was being incredibly difficult to work with regarding parts and repairs. Instead of putting the burden on me, the team at Caliber Collision stepped up as my advocates. “Brought an old pickup in for them to check out for transmission issues. Was told it would be about 2-3 days before they could look at it. Got a call the next day that they were checking it out. Within a few hours I received a call that they had found the problem, a blown fuse. They fixed it and just charged me for the diagnostic. Didn't try to upsell anything. Got it done fast.
