βI took my Volvo Xc40 in for the 60k maintenance service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My car seems to be doing ok. I didnβt save any money here over the dealership but felt welcomed and I trusted what I was being told. They did have more things listed to do on the maintenance package than the dealer . The reason I took off a star is because they werenβt able to reset the Volvo on call light that needed to be reset.They said only the dealer has the ability to do that , but had they told me beforehand, I probably would have just gone to the dealer. He did tell me how I can turn it off , but it has to be done each time you start the car. I am not upset, they did a good job and I would return in the future. They seem like very honest, hardworking people. I get some snotty type vibes at the dealership if I even question anything when I go in there.β

βPhenomenal detailing! This is the second time Iβve taken my car here to be detailed. What would normally be an impossible job seems to not be impossible for them. They managed to remove the dog fur and make my car look brand new. Their attention to detail, work ethic and professionalism is bar none. Austin was amazing as my service rep. Super props to both Isaac and Ronnie for the detailing job. 100% recommendation if you want a job done, right!β

βWe have been customers since 1986 and trust this company to keep our vehicles in top shape. We took our 2003 4Runner in recently for service. Their work is excellent and the charges are fair. We drove 1250 trouble-free miles after we picked it up. Big (new engine) or small (trunk wouldn't open), they will fix your problem ASAP. Highly recommend.β
βThese people are the real deal. I've been to a lot of shops here, I'm not sure I can tell you how much I think of them the owner is a good man, knowledgeable and honest. His master mechanics the best. I've had what I consider very big problems but cared for with experience and expert people. I won't go anywhere else. He doesn't throw parts at you, what it is , is what the fix and right. I recommend them highly!β
βBrian was very helpful in resolving my problems finding white wall tires that I could not find anywhere. He explained everything in easy layman's terms and ended scheduling an appointment to install my new tires. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this place for tires or any other services that they perform.β
βThey were organized and friendly at the front desk. They got the car back to me quickly both times I took a car in. I was having them diagnose an issue with the transmission the first time and having brakes/ rotors fixed the second time. They do a through check of the car. They added a lot of service to my car that I did not feel were necessary, but they did give me the chance to accept or decline the services which was nice. Honestly, this was very helpful after buying a car to have the chance to get everything checked and serviced. They were very quick and efficient. You can drop off/ pick up the car after hours with their lock box which is handy.β
βKurt, the General Manager was awesome in every aspect of getting my car's inspection! Also, Lee assisted and he was friendly and helpful in the entire process. I will be using this location in the future! Thank you, guys!β
βHad to stop in somewhere after work today. Service light came on that never has before, manual said it was important. I have a long commute so any car trouble really concerns me. Techs were friendly and helpful even though I came in around 5 and they close at 6. Gave me my overdue oil change and helped me figure out what the issues were. Also recommended a shop that could help. I will try my favorite first, but I appreciate the info. And that Nikko was honest! I had another tech whose name I WISH I could recall because he was great. Very "fair," lol. Also had a laugh with the manager. Seems like a nice team. Would visit again.β

βAfter taking my 2014 F250 to them and I ended up trading it in for a 2018 jeep wrangler JK. Since they said the tranny was slowly going out on the Ford which was a $9k fix. Something i didn't want to deal with.β

βIf I could give 10 stars I would! I had a tire issue and called them and explained my situation and that I had 5 kids in the car and they let me sit in the car while they changed my tire to my spare tire. They were fast even though they were super busy and they were all very friendly. I will definitely be calling them again for any other car issues. Thank you all very much.β

βTerrence and his whole crew are exceptional in every way. Oil change and inspection were completed efficiently and thoroughly. They even caught an issue with my brake pads, And didn't push to have the brakes done at Jiffy Lube. They did strongly encourage me to check with my mechanic if that's where I'd want the work done, so that I'd be safe.
Really knowledgeable, professional, caring, ethical staff and business!
