I needed to exchange a battery that went bad within 6 months. The young man that helped me was polite efficient and fast. That is exactly the way it should be. I've completely stopped going to O'Reilly's Auto parts because they are just the opposite.

Order breaks online. They came perfect awesome. I ordered a brand new battery online and it's waiting for me when I got there. This is a great store. It's great people. Please take the time to enjoy this the customer service was excellent.

I came here and asked them to do the code reader thing on my car. I believe his name was Eric, but he came and helped do the thing on my car and showed me the report on the computer and printed it for me!! Thank you!!

I would like to start off by saying that the employees at this store are always on it they are always greeting customers as they come in always such good attitudes always willing to help the managers that I have seen in that store are always working or helping customers, The Tall guy there is great I asked him to help me get something on a shelf and he came and assisted me with no hesitation. Thank You Autozone for giving me great service.

Went in to do a core return of car batteries, the service was amazing. We had an issue with getting them refunded but everyone was incredibly helpful and patient. Will absolutely be coming back here.

Every time I stop here the oil recycling tank is full. Its 0730 Monday, and the tank doesn't get picked up until Friday. Buy your stuff from Rock Auto or Amazon and let these clowns go out of business. What a waste of time. Take your used oil to El Paso County HHWF at 3255 Akers.

Top-of-the-line Customer Service! I was in town visiting my sister, and my windshield broke during one of CO's freak ice storms. I stopped by Auto Zone in Falcon, CO, to see if someone could help me put the wiper back on. When I walked into the store, I was greeted immediately by Andy, who very willingly came right outside to see if he could help. Unfortunately, he could not get the wiper back on, but instead of giving up, he went inside and asked Will to come out and assist. Will came out and spent several minutes adjusting and working on the handle of the wiper and got it to work! That night, we had another snowstorm, so without these two gentlemen, I would have been without a wiper during a snow storm. Thanks for your above-and-beyond customer service, Andy and Will!
