This will definitely be my only stop for auto parts from now on! I couldn't figure out replacement of the low beam headlight bulbs on my wife's chevy traverse, went in and asked for help and this very friendly and knowledgeable guy named Adam offered to come out and change it for us. He had to take some stuff apart then he showed me how to do all of it and even made sure they worked afterwards! Before my trip here I went to a different parts store which I won't name but they didn't offer any help I gave them the cars info and they sent me home with the wrong bulb. This location will be my new go to! Thanks again Adam, I give your customer service a 10 out of 10 stars great job man!

I went for a new battery because my car wasn't starting and the battery was old and corroded. The guy tested mine and said the battery was fine but the alternator was failing. So I took my car to a mechanic, paid him $100 to tell me that actually my alternator was just fine, but the battery was indeed bad. The mechanic also said I wouldn't have been able to drive very far on a bad alternator, so it didn't really make sense that they told me that at AutoZone. I went back to this AutoZone, asked them to retest and the same guy said the test now said the battery was bad and the alternator was fine. I asked whether they could offer any discounts since I was out $100 for the mechanic and at least 4 hours of my day and he said there was nothing they could do. I took my car across the street to the O'Reilly and received great service from guys who seemed to actually know cars. Do yourself a favor and skip this location.

I went to pick up some parts that were ordered online the day before. There were two employees in the store, one was busy helping a customer, the other was busy laughing and chit chatting on the phone. I stood there waiting for about 10 minutes before my presence was even acknowledged by the employee on the phone, who informed me that it would be a 15 or 20 minutes before he would help me. I told him I was only picking up a part that my husband had ordered the day before - we were told it was ready and it had already been paid for. Nope, that employee said I'd have to wait, this was an important phone call. I told him no, I wasn't going to stand there awaiting his convenience, I'd send my (now unhappy and irate) husband to make a special trip onto town to pick up this **** part instead.Customer service is non-existent at this AutoZone. ?

Great overall experience with the auto zone in Falcon. Adam is the representative that I typically deal with and he is phenomenal! High knowledge level of what it is I'm needing for my vehicle needs.

Had the worst experience with this girl I think her name was Isabel. She was rude and didn’t know her job. She tried to give me attitude when I was just trying to get help! Management should really look into this employee! The gentlemen that helped me was great the next day but I had to leave the store! I will never ask for her help again!
