I ended up with a flat tire in the midst of the blizzard here in Falcon, CO this past weekend on Friday at 1630. These guys took me in and fixed it for me despite being busy. Amazing guys. I highly recommend this wonderfully, kind place. They even put up with my barky wiener dog! Thanks everyone.

I took my vehicle to Christian Brothers, the Falcon, Colorado location, for back brakes, $749. I found out that I could have got the brakes done for half the price at Mike Maroone Honda. Because the rotors may have not needed to be replaced. Okay there was an inspection done and I was told that I probably needed an oil change, which I didn't and also a new battery ($400 +). So, I told them no on both and called Mike Maroone Honda, to my surprise the cost of the battery was $215. I took my vehicle to Maroone Honda they checked the battery. I was told that I did not need a battery, the charge was good. They even gave me a printout. But the scan I got from Christian Brothers was bad, need replaced.
Therefore, I have concluded that I will not take my vehicle to Christian Brothers, Falcon for any type of service. When quotes for service is cheaper at the dealership, than at Christian Brothers. You would think the opposite.
I truly believe that I have been taken advantage of because I am a woman.

I had an issue with my truck starting. They quoted me a cost for diagnostics. They did diagnostics and realized it was a key issue. I got my key fixed and came to get my truck. They did not even charge me for the diagnostics. So honest, kind, and communicative.

Incapable of diagnosing and only siggest the most expensive approach. The issues were not resolved and it continues to have problems. I decided to inspect the truck and found multiple bolts missing on the outside leading me to wonder what’s missing on the inside of the engine. Hoses not hooked up bolts missing. Just completely unacceptable! I’m repulsed with the poor capabilities of this business!

They wanted to charge me $300.00 to look for an electrical issue that was draining my battery. That was without fixing it. I said no, came home, took me a few minutes to realize dome lights were staying on. I wanta mechanic that will at least do the easy checks before charging me big bucks.

They are not the cheapest fix it shop but they are not trying to gouge you. They are not "finding " things to be wrong but they check it all out and make recommendations. Overall, I'm pretty happy with them.

Courteous, kind, knowledgeable, gives you all repair options but not pushy to have you do more than what you want to have done! I thoroughly enjoy going to Christian Brothers in Falcon for my car “repair” needs! I will continue to use them when needed.

The staff here is always friendly and communicates clearly what issues your vehicle has or doesn’t have. I have used them multiple times and have always been satisfied with their service!
