It's been several years since I used Ed Kovitz appraisal services. I can state without any doubt that he provides honest, through and professional appraisal services. His report - used by my attorney saved me thousands in my divorce. He does his research and thoroughly and with an eye for detail will appraise your property honestly. I even used him to review and write a report on another appraiser's appraisal that was filled with errors. He calmy and succinctly pointed out their errors and why they were errors. He is recommended.
