Negative reviews are generally from negative clients not paying or leaving a unit full of their junk. Each storage facility has a rental house within sight of the units; a good bonus for security. Extremely quiet and professional settings, rarely a client is at the facilities after dark, there was no vandalism or theft going on while I was there. I was fortunate enough to see mule deer and turkeys every time I went to my unit. Facilities are checked on and maintained on a daily basis by the owners, who live within driving distance to the facilities. One of my friends is on the Board of Directors in the area and the individual had all positive comments. Great storage experience as a client, I consider the owners great friends now. They even made accommodations for my two pet cats. While I was going to attend summer college classes, they offered me part time employment opportunities and valuable insight about the storage unit business. I ended up working a whole summer and I believe I learned more being around the owners compared to a classroom setting. Being new to the area at the time the owners personally took on the responsibility to make sure I felt a part of the community and town. Highly recommended.

absolutely love the storage facility and the owners as well the only bad thing is online it says 24 hours but they are only open until till dark now. I'm sure it cuz some idiots ruined it for everybody. I would still highly recommend

Everyone is so accommodating and ready to help. I especially like the vinyl fence around the property. It looks clean and nice. Having the security of an on sight renter to lock the gate every night is great. The lady who answered the phone and explained everything so thoughtfully was so nice. Highly recommended!

ETA: FOLLOW UP AT ENDRented a unit online. Advertised on their website as secure with fence & gate with keycode and 24/7 call center. When we arrived to put a lock on our new unit, the gate was wide open, there was no keypad to enter a code (looked like it was either torn off or never installed?), and the fence was one anyone could climb through or over. We tried calling every number we could find, including those listed for the other locations, to see what was going on and try to get some explanation, and just got voicemail or a message saying the voicemailbox was full. So much for 24/7 call center. We left a message on the one voicemail that allowed us to. Then we tried completing the "contact us" form on the website and it just kept giving us an error message. Finally, we just attempted to submit the "Move Out" option, and it kept telling us "user not found". One day later, I received a call back from (I think?) Cassie, who explained someone had driven through the gate, so it was scheduled for repairs and in the meantime, it was being secured by padlock overnight & access would be available from 7am - 9pm until the gate was fixed. She also advised me her daughter has been in the hospital and that was why she had been unable to answer our calls or respond promptly. I explained we had different needs, so were going to stick with our new place, so she refunded our pro-rated fees for the rest of this month that we had initially been charged online and canceled future billing. So, definitely consider your needs and how they might differ from what is currently available at this location, but at least they attempted to make things right.

The facility was always clean... The owner and the maintenance man are always easy to deal with... I would recommend renting here...
