We’ve been customers of Falcon Storage, LLC since May 12, 2023, and I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service we received today. I was contacted by Julie, who informed me that our storage space had been changed due to a “mix-up” that supposedly happened back in August 2024—something we were never notified about until now. Mind you we’ve been occupying the same “assigned” space since May of 2023.
For over 14 months, we unknowingly occupied the wrong space because no one at Falcon Storage thought to communicate this change. A simple phone call or email in August of 2024 would have avoided this entire situation.
This experience shows a serious lack of organization and accountability within the company.
In short, I would not recommend Falcon Storage to anyone looking for a facility that values its customers or communicates professionally.

Great location, great prices , the lot is clean, very well maintained , organized and has security cameras!! With more than enough room to maneuver any rig or set up!!!

Jonh is a great guy. Great rates on storage of your campers, cars, trailers mobile homes or anything you dont have the room for. He will work with you for as long as he can as long as you are doing everything you can to keep him current. If i didnt have my land he'd be the only one with my stuff!! Cheers John!!

Gated with lots of open space. We keep stock there and take deliveries there also. Good folks to work with.
