Helpful staff. Had what I needed, the BG44 is kept in the back, so you have to ask for it when you're at the counter.

I had a good napa deep cycle marine battery I reconditioned slow charged there. The young man on the night shift was very helpful and when I got in a bind and called him a week later he said it was good and still there another week passed B4 I was able to pick it up but of course the day shift decided they're keep it. I know they have a limited amount of space but for real soooo many people abandon there 200 dollar batteries that they reconditioned there?? No the day shift was rude when I called about a part. They had no problem giving me the 10 bucks for the core. It was so obvious. I guess I will stick to AutoZone.

They helped me out tremendously, I was stranded in Hugo Co. Nobody had what I needed, I was screwed, they knew exactly what I needed to bypass any ac compressor and get me back on the road.

Wanted to share a recent experience I had with Sid at the Falcon location. They were great with helping identify what was wrong with our vehicles and went the extra mile to get us the right parts ordered in a timely manner. They treated my little girl who was with me like royalty. Definitely made me feel like my business was appreciative. And made our “daddy/daughter” trip to the auto store much more memorable. Thank you, Sid!

The store is a little grimy, but it's an auro parts store so that's to be expected. The employee we dealt with could use some more experience in retail and customer service, he was slow and didn't listen very well, but did eventually get there in the end with some repetitive encouragement.
