“Totally outstanding experience with Freedom Shields. Although I just ordered my Road Glide windshield and don't have it yet, the online experience on their site and the communication regarding my questions has been exceptional. I hit the E-mail inquiry form this past weekend figuring I would hear back on Monday or during the week. Their Rep. John got back to me via Email on Sunday, out of business hours to assist with my questions etc. then he called me on Monday to go over some others. This was a huge factor in helping with my decision to go with Freedom Shields for my upgrade as you don't see quality customer service like this too often these days. Their website is spot on, all highly detailed with some great measuring tips for those who might not be sure on proper fitment and heights and it includes great photos of all their styles and tints. I'm confident I made the right decision simply based on my experience so far with the communication and what I know of the quality windshields they put out.
