“My name is Bryan. On July 15th, 2026, I had my 2018 Ram 2500 Crew Cab alignment done at a private shop and picked my truck up and thought I would go get my 37/17/12.50 tires rotated and balanced at Discount Tire.
When I arrived at Discount Tire, I did the necessary check in and waited for about five minutes when I was contacted by one of their service writers stating they wouldn't be able to rotate and balance my tires, because one of the tires had a nail in it that was leaking air. So, I walked out to my truck with the service writer and I did observe a nail in my right rear tire. Where the nail went in and left enough room to plug or patch it. I was informed that they would not make the repair and would not rotate and balance my tires, and moving forward it was a liability on Discount Tire to do so and they would not do it unless I bought a new tire. I looked at the service writer like he was crazy and explained that there was more than enough room and meat on the tire to do a plug.
I bought the tires from a private vendor and did not have the roadside warranty on the tires. I left Discount Tire in disbelief.
I drove to the Big O tires located at 8100 Colorado Blvd., Firestone, Colorado.
Upon my arrival, I walked up to the door and saw that they were closing at 6:00 pm. Well, it was 6:00 pm, and I thought I was screwed, but I walked in anyway and was met by a young women named Jaye at the front counter. I explained my predicament and walked out to my truck with Jaye. I knew that this store was now technically closed, but I plead my case with Jaye and explained I needed help as this was my only transportation and my work truck. She gladly smiled and stated she could repair the tire that evening, even though they were closing!
Jaye had a fantastic attitude the entire time, and I could tell she had already had a long hard day and she was ready to go home, but she shined and did all the work herself by taking that big ass tire off the truck and then off the rim. She did a complete inside patch for me and then put the tire back on. This tire and rim combo is HEAVY!! I was so impressed with Jaye. Her attitude and work ethic were amazing!
I really want Jaye to get the accolades she deserves. What an incredible and strong women.
I will be a customer for life at Big O Tires simply because of Jaye's interaction and care. She is what every employer should strive to find in an employee.
On 07/16/2026, I followed up with Jaye's supervisor, Justin. I explained how awesome Jaye was. While speaking with Justin, I told him that I still needed my tires rotated and balanced. I asked Justin what it would cost me for a rotate and balance. He told me what the cost would be and then said: You know what, don't worry about it. Bring you truck in and we'll do it for free for you.' I was blown away!! Two days in a row I received above and beyond extraordinary customer service.
I took my truck that day and Justin and his team had me out in no time. I am five stars all the way for Jaye and Justin!!!
Justin was very knowledgeable and very friendly. It was a pleasure speaking to him. His store is my first choice for all my auto needs from here on out.

“I hope this is the right place. I picked up a loaded trailer, tried to slide the tandems and the pins would not release. I learned that it was broken from the inside. I went to a shop ( that I will not name) and they did not have the parts or perhaps the skill to fix it.Šo a mobile unit from JHT services was sent to my location. He arrived with a truck and tools. He was very professional, polite and skillfully experienced. I was impressed by his knowledge. He was able to identify the problem within minutes, probably seconds. From the second I pulled in, I was greeted with professionalism, positive attitudes, and outstanding customer service.
Everything was organized, efficient, and handled with care. They took the time to make sure my vehicle received top-notch service and kept me informed throughout the process. “05/21/2026 Phenomenal Customer Service!

I made an appointment for new loaded front struts and rear shocks replaced. They completed the job in about 3.5-4 hours. Leaving the parking lot and driving down the road, I noticed a growling noice coming from the front of my vehicle when going 35+ mph. I went back to the shop and popped my hood to see if there was something obvious. Travis saw me and came outside right away to see if there was an issue. I told him the noise I heard and he dropped what he was doing to take my truck for a test drive. He believed it was the 4 wheel drive actuators. He pulled it in a bay and Daniel began working on my vehicle. Daniel was very knowledgeable and checked for other possible issues. Daniel began to go over everything the shop touched during the strut replacement. After a little while Travis and Daniel came to me in the waiting room and showed me my 2 broken 4 wheel drive actuators. Since a portion of those parts are plastic and my truck was a 2013, the plastic can break when working on them. Travis offered to cover the whole cost of the actuators and labor. Travis drove to the Ford dealership to pick up the new actuators right away so that I could have my vehicle back the same day. Daniel worked on my truck and a few hours later it was good as new.
Great customer service is hard to find these days. Many places do not have pride in their work and do not stand behind it. Travis and Daniel at Les Schwab Firestone showed excellent customer service, great job knowledge, and passion for their work. I will definitely be going back there for any other work I may have for my vehicle.”
