Just went there this morning with my daughter and as we were shopping around I say something in Spanish to her, and a rude old lady that works there all of a sudden starts speaking about “they need to do it the legal way” speaking about immigration that if she were to move to Mexico they’d expect her to speak their language, also said that if you’re here you need to speak English, whether she meant it towards us or not that’s not ok, I simply put my stuff down and walked out. I avoided going here in the morning because I know shes always there she always has an attitude. I know we all have our own political views but you’re at work and there’s customers at least keep it professional and speak about your views when there’s no one around

There's this old lady that's worked there for years and years. I don't think she's ever smiled or had anything decent to say any time I've been in. For many years it has been nothing but rude, dismissive, callous, and a feeling that she'd rather be slapping you across the face rather than chacking out your groceries. If they haven't fired her by now, they never will.

Nothing is ever stocked always very dirty you can literally feel the dirt between your shoes and the floor. stocking carts will be all over the store but never unloaded or moved. some employees are very lazy and others will help if you bother them enough definitely one of the worst stores to visit

So it 1:10 I am In check out u can the check out lady having a bad day or something the old guy in front of me talking old guy people we know how they move she get a little loud with him telling to pay before he grabs his bags then when I go up to pay she throws my items in the bag with attitude thinking she need to be train in customer service or let go it Monday u hate ur job find a new but feel for the old guy that was in front of me so some respect

This is a fed ex pick up location. Manger and staff were awesome when we had a mixup with a fed ex package. They went above and beyond to help us. Awesome customer service!!

I've never had a bad experience at this dollar general. They're always super friendly and nice every time I've gone in. I've even had to call a few times to see if they had something in stock and most places are usually rude on the phone or rush you to get off the phone and they were the opposite, super kind and friendly over the phone and in person. I come here whenever I need to grab something last minute or I don't want to drive in to town.

The older lady that works there she looks like the manager was quite rude not once asked if I needed help finding anything and when I asked she purposely ignored me did not once make iContact or smile or offer to help me she just pointed towards the area that I could find my item and never once said a word she was beyond rude not one ounce of customer service from her
