Best customer service ever, huge shout out to Pauline for being super patient with me and my newborn baby! We had to get passport pics for my baby and she went above and beyond… very sweet and helped me make sure everything was correct on my application..

If I could give 0 or minus stars I would. For some reason the postal delivery people can’t seem to find my mailbox. My mail gets delivered to my neighbors. So far they have managed to mis-deliver a drivers license and a credit card. I’m glad my neighbors like me and let me know they have my mail. Poor excuse for a postal department.

I will show up for a package and they tell me it’s not there, then they just resend it back!! They don’t take time to look for anyone’s mail!! Worst post office..

Never had bad service, but they’re always closing long before 4:30 which is the time they’re supposed to stay open until. If you’re going to close at 3:30 or 4 then you need to change the hours on your door.

Dealing with the postal employees is very frustrating. They have rules but no way to serve the customer. They require a sticker on the box to send a package, but they don’t have the sticker and won’t print anything for the customer. Really terrible to have a rule and no way to support the rule.

This is the fourth book that they have forcefully crammed and shoved into the PO Box damaging the book corners and the spine while I also received another package at the same time that they put in a locker when the package would have definitely fit inside the PO Box comfortably. I don't understand what is going on but I am very upset with all of my damaged books that I order to this post office. The disrespect to basic packages is frustrating at best.

I've been living in Platteville for 5 years now. Every single employee here is awesome and personable.Even the post master went out of his way to help resolve an issue I was having with eBay.
