This company has been our propane supplier for 10 years. Unfortunately their billing has changed in the last year or two, and the bills are not received in a timely manner. The local office has nothing to do with it (which is a problem) and there is no way to call the billing office directly which makes it tough to even figure out account details/get billing questions answered. It's just way more difficult than it should be. Do not recommend.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Ken this afternoon while he was installing a new meter on our propane tank. He fully explained the reason for the meter and the advantages. We want to give a shout out to Brad, our delivery driver as well. ????

Ken was out today to install a monitor on our tank. Great and friendly explanation of how it works and why the monitors are being used. Butch is our usual route delivery driver, great service delivery and fill, and customer friendly. Thanks Deluca Gas.

When I called to schedule gas to be delivered the woman I spoke with was kind and accommodating. I asked for the driver to call prior to arrival so I could point out a new hose so it would not get stepped on. Ken kindly called me ahead of time to give me an estimated arrival time. When he arrived I showed him the hose and he was mindful of its location. Ken was helpful and provided excellent customer service. Thanks Deluca!

I ran into some trouble with an empty tank for a house recently. Deluca sent a truck first thing in the morning. Ken was very helpful. He checked the lines for leaks, filled the Tak, and helped reset the system.
