Closed on Monday, good place to buy RVs, very helpful staff.
I traded in my older RV for a Newer one. They were extremely helpful with all my questions and let me take my time looking through the various campers I wad interested in seeing.

To make a long story short, avoid Holiday RV Poncha Springs.
From high pressure sales tactics, to an up charge at every turn, you find it all at Holiday RV. We were constantly being pressured and felt harassed at times by our salesman. He lied on multiple occasions, insisted we finance and when things weren’t adding up we were charged more for paying cash.
We were assured all systems were thoroughly tested. Much to our dismay the camper was still wintered at delivery. Our salesman never shook our hands, thanked us, or acknowledged us in any way after we handed him the check.
There was an issue with the jacks, we were there an additional 3 hours, and he continued to ignore us. He took time to go out back and smoke and peek around the corner but still never acknowledged us or the issue we were having.
I don’t recommend this dealership or the salesman CODY WILHITE.
Just run don’t walk from this dealership!

We stopped through on our way home to look at probably one of their more expensive offerings. Firstly, I understand the facets running a business, but there are reasonable business practices and shady ones. We were looking to upgrade to a larger unit of the same manufacturer. Without even taking into consideration the current condition of our prospective trade, they dismissed it's value, didn't even offer the recommended bottom dollar, nor inspect it. I saw their pricing valuation, and had they even been remotely fair in their offering, we would have gladly purchased their 2023 year model. Instead, they kept trying to push the MSRP price, not the current asking price, as a valuation point for the potential loss we would wrap into the financing of the unit we would have purchased. Would not recommend.

Holiday RV is the place to go if you want an easy, friendly, and efficient buying experience! We drove to Colorado from Washington State to look at a specific RV and didn't realize they are closed on Mondays. We decided to stop by the lot to make sure the RV we were looking at was still there. Cody came out to speak with us and showed us the trailer even though they were closed to the public. We already knew we wanted to buy the Flagstaff Forest River Epro and we ended getting it for a great price. Cody and the team at Holiday RV were top notch and we highly recommend them!

Lady on the phone for service department was rude. I asked how much It'd be to install a roof vent and got the answer $160hr but no time estimate. So I asked if they have done work on a casita before and she said "I'm sure they have worked on all kinds of trailers". Obviously didn't want to deal with talking to me.

Called to check on if they had a part in stock. The woman said she couldn’t give me that information on the phone, that we had to fill out a part request online and wait for an email answer back, then she hung up on me. Won’t be calling them again.

If you are considering buying a camper here I would advise you to shop elsewhere. We purchased a camper in March of 2023. Our salesman was great and we really liked him. Unfortunately, it was all downhill after that. We had a few warranty issues and they were very rude to us. We live 80 miles away and they had us drive up several times and did nothing. We had one appointment to replace a part and we made an appointment. When we drove up they told us they just looked in the box and the part wasn't there. One other time we had an appointment and had arranged to have the work done while we waited. When we got there the service manager told us we had to leave it and they were not going to get to it that day, what good did the appointment do us? We waited three hours and left. They were very rude about it. We complained NuCamp but it did no good. Not a pleasant experience in any way!

Worst rv dealer in the country. Wish zero stars were an option. I live 2hrs away and have talked to several of their salespeople for the last week about driving to their facility to purchase an rv. I even called before I left Pueblo this am, just to make sure they hadn’t sold the camper we wanted . We arrived at 1130 am and went inside the office, we were greeted by I’m assuming was the manager or owner. He asked why we were there and we told him we were there to buy an rv. He then said that he had decided to close the business for the next two weeks and move the campers around on the lot and he hopes we didn’t drive too far to come in. When asked if they could sell a camper today he said no and offered to give us a couple bucks for gas. While driving back home it occurred to me that we probably dodged a bullitt with that place anyway. Best advice I can give you is stay far away.

For a small town r v dealer they have quite an operation here. They have a real nice repair shop although that's not what I was there for. I was and still in in the market for a new lance sixteen eighty five. The salesman there is excellent

Awesome experience. My wife and I visited Holiday many times over the course of months to decide on which RV would be right for us. Dean was very patient every time we visited and helped us view each RV. He never pressured us and never tried to sway us in any direction but just provided the needed info about each RV. When we finally decided on our purchase and came to pick up the RV Yvonne was very informative in the walk thru and although we had owned many RV’s she took great care in making sure that we were comfortable with our new rig. Can’t say enough about what a great experience we had at Holiday RV.
