I went in this evening to purchase a few items for dinner after working an extremely long weekend at a local bar and restaurant downtown. After the cashier checked my ID, he quickly commented on the “extreme bags” I had under my eyes, repeating it multiple times. “You’ve got some serious bags underneath your eyes. I’ve never seen someone with such dark circles and deeply indented eyes.” I asked him what prompted him to say that to me, as I thought it was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and not at all relative to purchasing groceries. “I’m just observant,” was his response.
I work in customer service as well and was extremely exhausted after my shift, I wanted to assume the benefit of the doubt in this cashier. However, this seemingly judgmental, rude, and uncalled for interaction solidified me never wanting to shop at this store again (albeit I typically only purchase small, convenient items here for reasons stated in other reviews) despite it being the closest grocery store to me.
I hope this type guest service is remedied, as it truly took a toll on my evening and perspective of your business.

Horrible customer service, very rude to my daughter, yelling at her when she was trying to talk to her mother, so bad to the point of harrasing her. Shameful to treat anyone the way my daughter was treated.

Greediest grocer in the state. Been wasting money here for years. Gas prices go down, and their prices still keep going up. Went in today for some burgers, and they are 1.50 more than last week and about 3$ more than 6 months ago. So I just went to Walmart and bought twice as much food for much lower cost. Sad that lagrees claims they have unique items no other stores have. As if we don't know it's all the same just different packaging. It's worth the extra gas to just drive to Walmart even though lagrees is closer. If lagrees is so hard up for money then they should just close down altogether. We don't need more greed here. We have enough as it is.

Food looks great. Great prices. Our checker was rude and sarcastic. He was having a fit with the register. He was whiny and pathetic. Perhaps a position for him that doesn't involve interacting with the public. I changed my review to 5 stars due to the owners efficiency in dealing with issues. Thank you.

I stopped yesterday while traveling from Pagosa Springs to Denver. I ate the freshest and most delicious pasta salad ever! It was also available with or without olives. I've stopped here before and will stop again. You deli & bakery are awesome, much healthier than fried fast food, too. I wish there were more stores like this along my travels. YUMMY!!

Legrees is such an accommodating and well run store. It is number one in customer service and will special order just about anything that you want. It is clean and organized with pleasant and responsible employees. Hats off to Valerie who offers her expertise and commitment to exceptional service.

Friendly and helpful staff. They all greeted us with a smile. Better prices than Safeway. Love this place ❤️2023 - Still great had just what I needed. I will do my real shopping tomorrow. But for now, I grabbed what I needed for the night.
