I have been renting for a couple years and ever since Jean became manager it’s actually a fun experience!! The rates are comparable and fair. I would recommend them to anyone!

Hi. I have been a customer over two years and I had no problems. The staff ALWAYS treated me and my family’s things with respect. You can not beat the prices here. Very reasonable for any size unit. Always answers my questions and they even helped with stuff that I couldn’t do myself. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs and wants their things safely secured.

Abel Self Storage has been very reliable for me to store my extra storage. We Have been doing business actually as far back as 2020. I believe.
Jean & the staff has been an extreme help in assisting the customers needs. 🙏 They have worked with me a few times as far as payment which shows they can be willing to work with you. For me it’s about security to store my items. Which is accomplished thanks to Abel self storage 👍

I have had my unit for 4 years. New management are crooks! They charge you lien fees for being only a few days late. Jean says she's going to waive my fee only to collect a payment and then still charges the fee! Will be looking for a new storage ASAP

New owners who bought the facility earlier this year and it has been a really great experience. Shirley in the office is so nice to work with and is always there to answer any questions. Highly recommend!

The price of my unit has gone up $23 in two years. I am highly disappointed with Abel storage. I have consistently paid my rent on time. How can a storage unit have increased costs that justify a 25% increase like this? If you sign up with them, I suggest you make sure your rent does not go up. I will be looking for somewhere else.

Dont use this places anymore. Worst management ever. My family and I have used them for years but old man manager called and couldn't wait until my paid lease was up, threatened us with calling the cops. We had 2 days left on our lease and he couldn't wait until lease was up for us to come get items outta storage! Plus it went down hill for cleanliness, mice everywhere, and dust everywhere.

If I could give it 0 stars I would Forgot to put my lock back on my unit I still had untill the 23rd of the month I was immediately threatened bymanagement with law enforcement after it had been one day! Was told since I didn't have a lock that at that point my unit was abandoned with a couple of items inside I currently do not have a place to put the items and was making arrangements for them but was told I could not put my lock back on and that I had an hour to remove the items worst customer service I've received!! Will not return!

Over $20 per month price hikes in less than 2 years. Plus the units are not air tight. Expect everything to be coated in dirt.
