Enter Sondra who was very cordial and friendly. She asked me what I needed and listened carefully and went and found the impossible bowls promptly. Totally above and beyond what I was expecting. Deserves props, promotion and a raise. Better keep her!”

“My journey for a high-quality string edger started at home depot. I looked at the edgers locked behind a cage and really did not see anything that gave me any real info. Went to Lowes and looked at their selection. On the same isle as me were 2 employees chatting it. I stood there for about 8 minutes trying to see behind the cage the specs on their line trimmers. No-one seemed to care so I went to Big R. I was there maybe a minute looking at the Stihl brand and Tim came up asking about any questions I might have. He really spent some time explaining the different features and the ability to add a metal blade for heavy duty bushes. He also went over the promotion Stihl was having basically doubling the factory warranty. In addition he made a very good recommendation about wearing steel toed boots if I was using the blade. He mentioned that if I did not have some, they were having a 25% off sale on Dewalt steel toe boots. I bought boots, trimmer, steel blade and Tim actually took the trimmer back and started it to make sure it was working properly. Turns out it was missing a part for the line feed so we got another one instead. Great service overall. Tim was awesome and made the whole process seamless.--Scott”
