My rental was an insurances claim when my vehicle was being repaired. Rueben provided excellent service and was in and out very quickly. Vehicle was clean and ran well. No issue.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Enterprise is always amazing and T in particular was so kind and helpful in getting me into a rental car after a rear end collision. She went above and beyond and I highly recommend Enterprise.

Awful service, rarely answer their phone. Even with a reservation, they do not have any vehicles and will NOT call to let you know before you waste your time coming in. Apparently this is a company-wide problem. Go elsewhere

"T" went out of her way to help us get the best vehicle for our trip, saving us a lot on gas mileage. She had the paperwork all ready for us, helping to expedite the process. Appreciate the fast, friendly, and professional service.

This car rental is horrible we had to have a SUV we live off grid in Alamosa Colorado upon arrival they wanted to give me a Nissan versa we live off grid we ended up with a Mercury C5 trying to be an SUV This SUV wannabe is absolutely horrible no power it is absolutely a waste of money the versa probably would have been better but since we live off grid this POS is what they gave us all they care about is making money they don't care what you want they want to tell you what you're going to drive this Pueblo Enterprise is absolutely the worst I have ever been to in My Life

Ms. T. From Pueblo West Colorado was the most pleasant and helpful person.. I am a recent amputee and she was kind enough to suggest a different vehicle so I can get in and out of the vehicle so much easier.Ms.T. is a A+ in my book and a great asset for the company.Thank you for proving to me this world isn't all bad there are still good people on this planet.

We had a reservation for a van since May our trip was for the the end of June. A few weeks up to a couple days we called to verify everything was good to go. The whole time representatives said the van was good to go. The day (near closing time) before we were suppose to pick up the van all of a sudden no van is available. Rather than be honest, both the store rep and manager kept saying we have one coming.. noon our pick up time comes and goes. We show up at 3pm wanting to know how this is being made right after being told they would call back at 4pm (they close at 5pm we live 45 minutes away)They kept saying no vans were available. But one was coming even though there was Zero confirmation. I told them the night before and day of to call a springs location that showed they had vans.. the lady Lied and said the system was wrong. And they apparently don't share vehicals. They weren't willing to initially move my reservation sighting they don't share.After losing my shi$ they called eventually called where I told them too and surprise surprise they had a van. (But the app lies right?) We had to mad scamble to pick up the van a day late (no discounts were offered, let alone a genuine apology)Save yourself the headache and just go to Colorado Springs. They have more options. Shout out to Chelton branch for saving our trip.STAY AWAY FROM PUEBLO WEST!!

We had reservations for a week to get a car YESTERDAY so we can go on vacation and we kept getting told there are no cars for rent. Never going to recommend enterprise to anyone

Rental car smelled terrible, stains everywhere, was supposed to get something comparable to my suv and got a tiny car. Also took 20 minutes for someone to even help me. Terrible.

10/15/21Absolutely horrible experience! I called and made a reservation for today, then I get their confirmation email. A few hours pass, my husband calls them to see if they have any AWD vehicles available, just to be told that they have no available vehicles on their lot at all. So, I'm like what, wait? I call them again thinking my husband was given the incorrect information. I was told that I made the reservation with a reservation team and not with their location. Please tell me how is a customer to know that they are not speaking with the company they are think they are calling? And then told that the reservation team has no idea what the actual location has available (?????). They claimed they called us and left a message telling us this information, but this was a LIE!...we NEVER received ANY calls from them AT ALL...Im thinking, why have people making reservation if they have no way of knowing what is available!!! Are you kidding me ??. The reason for the rental is because our son is out of state, in the hospital literally dying and we needed a more reliable vehicle to get to him. What kind of company gets away with misinformation, poor transparency, and a total lack of accountability? ENTERPRISE!!! We called 5 other rental companies before calling these people and were told they had nothing available. WE TOOK THEM AT THEIR WORD.... now we are stuck with no way to get to our son......NOT HAPPY. and to be honest they should not be in business at all...
