I needed a battery replaced and the Manager (Kieth?) went above and beyond expectations on the service he delivered.. You don’t see that very much these days.
Glad I bought my battery there today!

Seems like the managers would rather bad mouth the other stores rather than help you with your Correct Part ! Save your time shop elsewhere!
CUSTOMERS CAN HEAR YOU FROM THE COUNTER !!! Maybe use some appropriate language!

Purchased marine battery & it was defective. Attempted to return but they refused to refund my money back and gave me a gift card instead. Went to Interstate Battery and purchased same battery and works perfectly. I will never shop there again after I spend $100.00 gift card.

Wow just wow. I called 3 auto parts stores in Pueblo for a new battery and assistance with the installation. The 1st 2 said we can sell you a battery but not help with the install as it's a Mitsubishi and a pain. Not Jay at O'Reilly on hwy 50. She was more than happy to help me. Her customer service was above and beyond. Thank you so much Jay
