The few times I’ve had to go in here, the two older people working have ignored me upon entrance, stayed on the personal phone calls while staring directly at me, not greeted me & acted like it was a chore to wait on me. When NO ONE else was even in the store. Will drive further down to get some actual customer service. Also, seems by the other reviews, it’s not just me that’s experienced this. Even some of the responses are condescending.

I am regularly at PostNet, and I love going here for my shipping needs. They're fast, kind, professional, and courteous. The owners are always available, and on top of everything and their associate, she is simply fantastic! I will always recommend PostNet! They're open Monday -Friday and closed on weekends.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Rachelle and Trent at Postnet. We needed a very quick turn around for a picture upload and they did amazing! Highly recommend for any service they provide! A++++

Update: They saw my review and called me and said to come pick up my package! What in the world? I have never experienced such childish and unprofessional behavior. My husband went in to talk to them and they told him it wouldn't have even shipped today because their internet was down. I will say a big "Thank you!" for saving me $25 ($56/Postnet vs $31/Fedex) and having my package actually get there in the two days I paid for? They also charge for insurance (Pro-tip; it's free up to $100 if you ship at a normal Fedex location).Will never use them again. I thought they would put my (tiny) package in a FedEx bag. Nope, they charged me $6 and didn't tell me. I saw it on my receipt and called to tell them it's messed up to not tell someone what they're charging them for; they were rude in their response, and straight up lied and said she told me and that I should have known they weren't doing it for free-really? Poor business practices. I was offered (in a very patronizing tone) a refund at the end of our conversation. No thanks, I'll just avoid using your establishment in the future. Some advice; there should never be price ambiguity.

They are truly amazing to work with. My Father passed away right before Thanksgiving. We didn't like the funeral programs offered by the mortuary company. I wanted something that was unique to him and of better quality. I didn't like that they seemed to be an ad for the mortuary company. I also wanted some photos resized for the memorial service. I designed the funeral program on my computer and sent it in to them for a quote. (Full page, folded, doubled sided printing with multiple photos). They got back to me quickly, had multiple options, better paper options and we willing to work with us to make it right. They got everything done on time as promised and it was all wonderful. They went the extra mile and did an amazing job. We are definitely using them for many more projects and so are our friends. The white metal photo was beautiful. They made my Father's memorial service much easier on us. They were always so sweet and understanding during such a difficult time. Thanks again for everything.

Very slow service. I was not greeted by either employee working upon entering. I waited several minutes and they made no progress.
I came here to make a simple copy. However I got the impression PostNet would have charged a pretty absurd amount. So I did what any rational person would and should do, took myself to the public library. I logged on for free and printed my one copy for free.
