They are the most affordable storage and cleanest storage I have ever rented from. They even went as far as to let me look and see if I wanted anything or of an abandoned storage and take what i needed because my home caught on fire. They truly are awesome!!

I was not a rental there I had to help one of my friends clean out a unit and with the on site guy he was very nice I talked to you owners on the phone couple times they were even nice and we're very workable kind of people thank you very much

Great service from beginning to end. They were extremely helpful with getting me into my storage unit and quick response time. When it came time to move out of my storage unit, the owner was very kind and understanding when I had to move out before the required 10 day notice. Five stars and highly recommend Research Drive storage

This storage has great, timely and caring customer service, from move in to present! They keep their business site clean, well lit and very secure. I have worked with other storage businesses in the area in the past, and Research Drive Storage is one I would return too and highly recommend to others!
