I almost forgot what a true experience at Subway was like until today, July 4th, when I met the awesome sandwich maker “Kylee”. Not only was she professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied—she made an awesome sandwich. Thankful for people like her who are working on holidays like today, with a smile on their face! I hope your superior sees what I see in you Kylee! You are truly a great employee!

The young man making the sandwiches was rude. I waited for 10 minutes while 2 employees made an online order. I walked away to get a drink when I came back I asked if he was ready, he preceeded to tell me he was getting ready to make my sandwich when I walked away. Poor customer service. And when does online orders take precedence over walk in customers? Needless to say I walked out without a sandwhich and will nor go back. I stop there frequently because it is convenient but I'd rather drive a little further than to be treated bad.

This boy didn’t know how to do the job correctly. All sloppy and messed up order. It was a mobile order. I didn’t get one sandwich and went back. I was literally watching him make that order but incorrectly. It’s the one with avocado I had to tell him it needed avocado and he just wiped it on top of the Mayo. He also added veggies that weren’t suppose to bed added. He said he didn’t see the order on the receipt and I grabbed the receipt and showed him it. Wrapping skill sucked too.I would’ve fired him already. Show some pride into what you do. You’re getting paid.

Every time I order online they don’t put the toppings I request but they add what we don’t request! Why is that?? Can you fix the way they see the order or what is the problem. I’d rather go in and make sure it’s correct.
