Absolutely the most awful service of any pharmacy I have ever experienced. Extensive wait times just to pick up prescriptions. Worse yet, their automated phone system doesn't give accurate updates--isn't "aware" of all pending prescriptions. Long waits when placed on hold to speak to an associate, and when the call is finally put through, they don't answer it.

Pharmacy is awful. Whenever the pharmacist is on lunch or not there for any reason, they completely close down. Pharmacy closed on Sundays. Also gave my husband someone else's prescription last month.

I just witnessed the most disgusting thing at the location in Pueblo West, CO. I came in at 1:30 to pick up a prescription, forgetting about the 1:30-2:00 lunch break. There was a very elderly, soft spoken gentleman, with a cane, who simply wanted to drop off his prescription refill. First, the young girl at the counter was unbelievably disrespectful and rude to him. Then the staff was in so much of a hurry to leave, they told him no, he could not drop it off. It literally would have taken about one minute to take care of him. What has this world come to, that the l elderly are treated in such a way?!

NO STARS!!! Bad bad bad. Called to get my monthly prescription renewed. Pharmacy manager told me on the phone that they needed to "change" the prescription number and it would be ready in an hour. Came in a day later and the lady said they cancelled my prescription. Asked for the pharmacy manager. He came to the drive through window and said he "could" give me a 3 day supply. I asked when my full prescription would be refilled and he got mad and said he "doesn't have to give me a 3 day supply and it's his discretion ". I asked again when he thought I would be able to pick up my full prescription and he waved his hands and stuck his tongue out at me. I lost my mind. I went inside and asked for the store manager and they told me she was sick and brought the same pharmacy manager to the front. He said I flipped him off first which is not true. I asked the "lead" to please have the store manager contact me and asked them to pull the recordings. They don't record the sound on the phones but they do have a camera. He finally left the front of the store and the lead apologized to me but I still have no prescription. This man now has my address, has cancelled my prescription and now I have to go through my dr and get another one along with a new pharmacy. Two months ago this same pharmacy gave me someone else's prescription which I had to return. Hippa violation. I thought it was an honest mistake but now I'm thinking it wasn't. My prescription is an easy fill, not a controlled substance and I depend on it for a medical condition every single day. I called corporate and they filed a "complaint ". But this man is supposed to be a professional and he's messing with people's lives. I'm gonna be ok and a grown up and will find a new pharmacy, but scared for others that are using this pharmacy. I never complain about customer service and understand staffing issues, but enough is enough. I hope his license gets revoked. Walgreens needs to really check their employees out. This is a tight knit community that shops there daily. I hope they are ok with a corporate call.

Waited in drive thru line 10 min before text service said they ran out of the meds for my son with flu and it told me I needed to call that walgreens location. Then was on hold for nearly 15 min. They never picked up the phone call and they disconnected just as I was walking to counter inside to see 6 people working. Then crabby young girl (no apologies given for situation) did little to help and told me I should call around to other pharmacies to try to find med on my own with no attempt to solve issue. Other guy "magically" found the med my son needed but after we got home realized they didn't add any flavor to it so my son gags everytime he tries to take it. Horrible experience and they need a crash course in customer service. They are not understaffed any longer so there is no excuse for this. Worst experience here in 5+ years, and I hope this review creates some kind of constructive change on their end. Need to find another pharmacy.

Pharmacy is absolutely TERRIBLE Had an order for my prescription (Nausea medication bc I'm pregnant) came by and they said it would be ready in an hour. I left and came back a few hours later they said they didn't have it but they would order it and it would be in the next day. I didn't have time until 2 days later and came in AND THEY STILL DON'T HAVE IT. They offered to call to see if it was up north but I was so annoyed I told them I don't want their help (bc they're incapable) I'll have my dr call it in elsewhere. I hate this pharmacy and will never be back.

Called in to have my prescription refilled three days before the expiration date. I came in to pick it up on the day it expired and was told they had no record of me calling in and I would have to get doctor approval to fill it since it is now expired (my doctor being out of state - I moved). The Walgreens pharmacy rep (guy) I spoke with three days prior told me they'd get it filled. It's emergency asthma medication. Terrible experience!

Jeremy is pretty good but he stopped filling one of my prescriptions I had been on a long time one day and said it was not available with the supplier and no Walgreens in the area could get it. Turned out that wasn't true. Talked to some pharmacist friends and was told they often lie and and that when they don't want to filled a prescription anymore. It was really sad because I have some severe health problems and wish he would just be honest with me.

If you can, avoid this pharmacy. They have the worst customer service. Slow and rude. I gave them a second chance, didn't change one bit. They couldn't even process the insurance right, I ended up paying cash.

Hats off to the staff in the photo department. I ordered two floating frames late at night. the computer system said my order would be ready that night, but unfortunately they werent able to do so. However they gave me a good discount for the following day, and they did an excellent job. great job resolving the issue and great customer service. thanks

The service here has gone extremely down hill!!! The pharmacy staff is so rude. I dropped a script off and said I would wait for it, she tells me it will be ready in an hour, I asked even though I'm waiting for it and she proceeds to say yes it will be an hour even if you wait for it then says NEXT IN LINE PLEASE, didn't give me a chance to say anything else and it was like I didn't matter. I have used Walgreens forever, but I will be going to a different Pharamcy after this!
