This is the worst pharmacy. The people are rude. They never answer a phone. However they will say they have someone that is all they do. Well they don’t do their job. The submit prescriptions wrong to the insurance then blame the dr for writing it wrong. Then realize they read it wrong. The best thing that this pharmacy can do is shut its doors. They don’t care about the customers. Nor do they care do they do their job correctly. Go anywhere but here for meds.

I been dealing with Walgreens for 30+ years never had an issues. For past 4 years this particular pharmacy is a nightmare that only has gotten worse over time. I just waited 3 days to get my antibiotics that's too long I am missing work and need to return to my life. Every single time I need my insulin they don't have any and don't know when they will get it. It takes weeks for me to get my insulin meanwhile I receive texts saying it is ready and it's not. Someone needs to fix whatever the issue is. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced.

There are some good people who work here but there is clearly nobody handling quality control. They won't answer the phone. Every month my prescription is out of stock...when I go up there it's suddenly in stock and I have to wait 30-45 minutes to get it filled. Every time the same problem. Why can't it just be ready on time? It's hard when you don't have the medication you need it most.

This Walgreens is absolutely one of the best pharmacies I have ever dealt with even when they are busy they are so pleasant and never make you feel like you’re a bother! They always have the meds I need and I appreciate how non judgmental and professional they are thank you to the staff at Pw Walgreens pharmacy keep up the good work !!!!

Absolutely the most awful service of any pharmacy I have ever experienced. Extensive wait times just to pick up prescriptions. Worse yet, their automated phone system doesn't give accurate updates--isn't "aware" of all pending prescriptions. Long waits when placed on hold to speak to an associate, and when the call is finally put through, they don't answer it.

My prescriptions were sent in sept 7th or 8th. It is currently sept 28th. I've called over and over to ask for my meds only for the automated system to tell me I dont have any ready. My Castle Rock pharmacy at walgreens saw the prescription but was unable to give me the meds due to this being a new prescription.. I called the Hailey lane walgreens again to get my meds and they said "oh, i dont know what happened, but yeah we will get it filled this morning" I gave them next 8 hours and have not heard back. When I showed up, there were 12 people in line and only 1 employee at the counter, 2 or 3 in the background. I walked out. I received a text message at 7:41 (41 minutes after closing) that they are ready.. I'm unable to pick up because they are closed. I will definitely never use this pharmacy again, ever. Waiting for 21 days to get important meds is a little ridiculous.

If you need a prescription, don’t fill it here. Every time I try to use this pharmacy they either don’t have the medication or there isn’t even a pharmacist. So frustrating, especially when you’re trying to get medication for anxiety.

Seems like everyone hates this pharmacy... I've never had an issue, though I admittedly don't need to fill scripts very often. I needed my script earlier than the estimated fill date, called them up and they said they can have it ready today. This is the second time this has happened and I am so grateful to not have to wait. The staff of the entire store is very nice.

Terrible pharmacy, always text me, say my prescription is ready and when I get there they tell it isn't unpacked or they have to order it. Then I have to come back another day. Has happened twice in a row now.

It’s really sad to see your employee get upset with a customer because she wanted to transfer her prescription to Walmart because you won’t honor her moms va program. Then to snap at the next customer for telling you that this pharmacy ranks the worst in town. The way she talks to customers is rude and uncalled for. Then I get to the register she supposed to be getting my prescription but is to busy in the back gossiping to the pharmacist and coworkers about the man who told her they’re the worst. Um hello maybe if did your job professionally you wouldn’t look down upon. Sad situation at this place of business.

This Walgreens used to be decent But Here recently I don't know if they are overworked and understand or what happened now this location doesn't keep half my prescriptions in stock which is not a big deal just make sure they put in the order a little bit before but now their customer service has gone down drastically I get hung up on soon as the call goes through after being on a waitlist with 3 plus callers then rude pharmacist like I wanted to call website prompted me too, as usual, I don't want to go out of my way to call every month when I get the same thing luckily my insurance is moving to CVS and I would recommend somewhere else as well I give two stars only for the front store which has helped me get to the pharmacy multiplications after being on hold hang up for 45 minutes, or more
