Due to maintenance on coolers, impossible bowls were relocated to cold storage inaccessible to customers. Workers told me the products were removed by associates. Enter Sondra who was very cordial and friendly. She asked me what I needed and listened carefully and went and found the impossible bowls promptly. Totally above and beyond what I was expecting. Deserves props, promotion and a raise. Better keep her!

This was my first time to pick up my groceries at PWEST and it was quick and the guy packed my groceries very well.
I think I'll be coming back here even though it's out of my way.

This Walmart is the best in the area, but be advised: the staff for delivery/pick-up is lazy and will either substitute or disregard items that are in stock to save a few seconds. I know this after seeing a number of pick-ups where I have walked in to find the item I actually wanted in mass on the shelves, with a more expensive product that was substituted.
